I got 2 12" subs installed a couple months ago. I definitely got upsold from what I wanted initially, but I don't regret it at all the dude was right. Installation was pretty quick, but as soon as I got home from the shop they stopped working. Drove back and I guess one of the wires was getting grounded so they had to fix it. A bit annoying that it wasn't installed right the first time, but they were quick to fix it. I also paid extra to have them mount it, but they didn't even screw it down all the way so I had to do it myself, it was easy but just more so annoying that I paid for the service and they didn't do it right. A couple weeks later one of the subs stopped working so I stopped by and asked them to check it out. The sub had blown out and they replaced it no questions asked. Was very nice being able to show up unannounced and be taken care of right away. I will definitely be back for when I want to upgrade my speakers. Overall solid place! read more

Got a new BOSS audio unit installed couple months back. Good unit, good service. But these guys had no clue what they were doing because my car trip/display buttons on the steering wheel controls stopped working when normally just the audio controls had to be the only ones that stopped working because I declined wires to change the volume on the steering wheel that they were trying to up charge me. Worst service ever they did my tint it turned purple. Had to remove it myself cause they wanted to charge me an extra fee when it was there mistake. Then they re installed the tint to turn purple again. I recommend ultimate tint and when they have warranty and it's nation wide at any store not like this place that claim to have 3m film and it turns purple in less then six months. read more
