As long as you follow his EXTREMELY CRYSTAL CLEAR CARE INSTRUCTIONS (which an alarming amount of people don't), you should have no problem with the installation. On top of that, his prices are extremely affordable. Side note: While I was there, a customer was angry that they removed their WINDOW MOUNTED DASH CAM to install WINDOW TINT and couldn't comprehend why she needed to leave it off for the 3 days while the tint cured. They are only getting less then 95% of the Stars because they only "stand behind 95% of their work" is what I was told in person. Bubbles developed on the door and on the Windshield and even though there was a lifetime warranty, the installer/Owner quoted " I am not going to redo the windshield because the bubble is at the bottom, it is 95% good" So when I am asked about what tinting place I recommend it will not be Cool Ray Glass Tinting. A Professional would stand behind their work 100% and not let the customer leave unsatisfied. They tinted the front two windows of my truck. I took it back within a week due to many bubbles. The owner told me they would go away even the one with soap behind it. Long story short it didn't! He said it was my fault for trying to push the water out. He is stating that I caused the scar in the tint. He then told me he can change it, but I would have to pay for it. I recommend taking your vehicle anywhere, but here. Correct I did try to push the water out of the bubble . I didn't sit there for hours days or minutes and try push it out. And false You never did tell me not to touch it.! Rolling the window up and down is considered touching it as well? all you said was leave it in the sun. It has been in the sun since December 2. You offered no such advice! And it is not a circle. You are correct about going back-and-forth... I don't care about your cameras one bit doesn't change the fact the window is messed up! you can say I tell all my customers the same thing doesn't mean anything! I wanted my windshield tint replaced on my new car, the dealership had scraped the top of the tint in the process of removing stickers. I had my tint removed and replaced here. After 2 weeks, I was left with hard bubbles between the glass and the tint right in my vision. Jamie had me bring it back so Justin could look at it. He said, "It's debris, we live in the desert where there's dust and wind. Even if we redo it, nothings guaranteed" I asked Jamie at the front desk if Justin could fix it, because he didn't seem too confident. Jamie agreed it needed to be fixed. I brought it back to Justin to fix the "debris" between the glass and the tint. When I left, I didn't see any water bubbles this time just smears. I think he attempted something else without actually removing and reapplying. After a while, I cleaned the inside of the windshield and noticed there was still "debris" between the glass and the tint. I called back and Justin answered this time. The same excuse about the wind in the desert and the new excuse is.. "Removing and reapplying tint is a factor in looking at debris in your windshield" Again, I can keep bringing it back but nothing is guaranteed but bad workmanship lol. If they would have said anything about the wind in the desert upfront, I would have taken my car to a professional who knew what they were doing. Also, apparently Justin who did the job is also the owner who does not offer refunds of any kind. I'll just have my credit card company take care of it. He said he'll dispute my dispute.
