FAIL! Bad touchscreen stereo installation. AM radio had a constant loud ticking. Stereo turned off when in reverse. Only two channels worked in a four channel stereo, and just had a horrible sound overall. Issac is a true gentleman! My truck had been pulling to the right and I couldn't figure out why. After going to Firestone for an alignment (them telling me it will still sway right after a 15 min alignment and $115 later). Having my control arm bolt fall off 2 weeks after Firestone "aligned and inspected" my vehicle and having a mom and pop shop fix the bolt and attempted to address the alignment (twice!) I still didnt have a solution to my problem. I was told it was my brand new tires, it was a crooked frame etc. I found Sound Image and Isaac and his team took on the challenge. After having my truck for approximately 8 hours, Issac was able to address the issue. I received my truck back and it no longer pulled to the right. He does fair and honest work. He could have up sold me on alot of parts I did not need but he didnt. Instead he made some adjustments that came with purchasing a used lifted truck (no parts needed to be replaced). Not only did he fix the main cause, he also realigned my truck twice, after several test drives to make sure it was correct. Thank you Issac and team at Sound image! Sound Image, sham on you! I can not believe you do business like this! So my daughter came in to get an install and was talked into $900+ dollars extra. So I made them stop the install as soon as I heard. Of course I still wanted to pay them for what they did do. But this pissed off the installer so when they started putting the car back to get they poked holes in speakers and spliced pieces of wire together instead of using whole strands. They left a mess in the car with metal shavings and bits of wire screws. My pore daughter cried all the way home because of how bad it sounded. It was like listening to music in a fishbowl. If you value your money and your loved ones. Do not send them to these shysters! I don't know how they sleep at night! read more

AND ANOTHER THING....recently brought to my attention by my back seat passenger... my back seat was not even bolted down to the damn car frame or whatever!!! (I thought the rear seat looked a bit out of placement while loading groceries or the family dog over past few trips ... The bottom ass part of seat would slide all around with little effort by my rear seated ride alongs!!! I'm no expert, and it appears there still one to be named in this story, but DAMN...After installing either or any electronics within any one's ride, for crying out loud, and just all around good measure; not negating decency, integrity, professionalism, reputation, and the like...secure the interior features to their safe and original, manufactured placement!!! Re-tighten, affix, and complete your mission and task for which, you are being paid to perform! Upon retrospect, we all have bad days, i mean, dayssssss, but unfortunately I can not recommend Sound Image for quality installs, or an all around positive experience stemming from early on. The owner is a crook, he claims to run a " Christian business" and this could not be more far from the truth. I bought a kenwood head unit and he charged me $100 more than the most expensive online retailer. After I figured this out I wanted to return it and purchase one for a fair price. He accused my wife of lying and swapping out the head unit for a used one, the boat the head unit is for is in lake havasu, AZ. He then continued to call my wife a liar and would not even give us store credit. Not only is this is owner a liar that re sells used items, he is 100% not a Christian or a good person in general. Went to sound image after a friend referred me to the business. I actually drive from the valley to the desert based on their recommendation and I am so glad we did. I needed to outfit my daughter's 2009 Acura with a back up camera and a stereo with Applecar play capability since her car didn't have either. We also needed to replace the tint on her rear windows. Let me start by saying I hardly ever wrote reviews but this shop is definitely a go to for all your stero needs. Issac and his team are excellent in customer service and know everything about steros, Bluetooth, speakers and more. I've installed Bluetooth and DVD player for my boys with wireless headphones and they are all amazing quality. I would give zero stars if I could. I have a converted camper van that I wanted to ensure that I don't get stranded in, if I forget to turn off my inverter, my battery would die. I went to Sound Image in Hesperia, CA to have an alarm installed and asked about batteries. David (manager) told me "we can install a second battery to jump start the van battery, if you forget to turn off your inverter", he even went on telling me about a third battery. I told him that I didn't want three batteries, and he said "your alternator probably wouldn't handle three batteries anyway." I discussed with Issac(owner) and he quoted me $699 and I said sure, install the "second" battery. Long story short, I already had two batteries, which are under the driver seat, so I could not see in there. Instead of him coming to me and telling me that I already had two batteries, they installed a third. Not doing my due diligence for the second time, I didn't test it out before I went on my camping trip. Of course, I forgot to turn off the inverter and the battery died. The battery they installed died as well or wasn't installed properly. So now I'm stuck in a camping spot that I don't want to be in for days, because I didn't want to waste a AAA service. I get back home and return to them and they work on it for two hours. It didn't work the second time, so back I go again. This time they have it for five hours, it still didn't work. I call in to talk to Issac and he's not there, so I leave several messages with David for Issac to call me. I waited three or four days to no avail. I was taken advantage of, they are extremely dishonest. David should have told me that I already had two batteries, and suggest something else, such as the add on to the Viper alarm system that they installed. There is an add on that will monitor the battery and start the van if the battery drops to a certain level. He could have suggested that, but that would not have brought in another $754 on top of the $800 that I was already spending. When I asked him why didn't he recommend that instead of the battery and he said he didn't know (smh). The battery still doesn't work and I want my money back. I filled a dispute with the credit card company, now negative reviews, and lastly I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE, unfortunately some people will take advantage of others for a buck. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! 11-24-23 I was finally contacted by Isaac (owner), he wanted me to bring it in for the 4th time and I refused unless he was removing battery and return my money. He said that he could not do that and if the battery is faulty, he would replace that. He never addressed the issue that the 3rd battery should have never been installed. I really thought that he was a honest person, boy was I wrong. read more
