His…read morelifetime warranty is bogus and tried to say I was abusing his warranty when in reality they were poor installations each time. I have had window tint done many times in the past, never did I have such an awful experience that cost me 200 dollars for shoddy work. The guy is inexperienced and talks as if he's condescending and knows what he's talking about and that his customers have no clue what they're talking about, sort of in a form of disrespect. He did this to me many times over the phone and once in person, also stating that "my car's paint job is flat and isn't in the best shape so why should the windows be perfect." He also said "his tints are hand-cut and that it would be astronomical to get both sides the same." That was the last time I'll ever step foot to his small business. Just want to look out for fellow car people that want their work done right. I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and go through a small business like his but never again.
