Everything he originally said was wrong with it the shop confirmed but said nothing was fixed on it. A bunch of silicone was used to "fix" it. Do not use this scam artist.

No big deal right!, wrong, when I arrived on tuesday the nice lady at the front desk knew nothing about my truck. We went looking for Kevin found him engaged in casual conversation with a friend, we stood there for a full minute or more wait for him to aknowledge our presence. I took this time to look around the grage, two guys who I guess were his mechanics were not working on anything at the time, they were just standing around and talking. Then I realised that Kevin was not going to pause his conversation to ask me or the lady from the front desk if he could help us, he acted like he had all the time in the world, I didnot. What a waste of time and gas for me, a 40 mile round trip all wasted because Kevin could not just make a appointment and keep it, it all comes down to a lack of customer care, poor management and scheduling.
