I called and the guys at Quality Tech Transmission got me right in for diagnosis. They had me in and out with parts ordered in about 30 minutes. Gave me extra fluid to help hold me over until the next day. I brought me truck back the next day. The parts didn't all come in and I had a BAD leak!!! The guys took parts from a few different packages, and worked to fix my problem. In my opinion they went over to get me fixed and down the road. And they did fix my problem. The price was very reasonable and service was fantastic!! Guys and Gals don't mess with people who don't care if you have a problem or not. Call the guys at Quality Tech Transmission. They will take care of you!!

The price was reasonable but 3 trips was too much. The first trip we told them we were loosing…read moretransmission fluid. They couldn't find a leak so they told us to keep an eye on it. If we continue to loose it, bring it back. Second trip, still loosing fluid. They found out it was leaking into the transfer case. Replaced the seal and charged a reasonable price. Got it home and the fluid was low. I figured they just may have not got it filled up all the way. I filled it. A week later we were still loosing fluid. When we took it back, Gary acted as though we were bothering him because we were still loosing fluid. Lo and behold, they damaged the seal when replacing it and it was still leaking. They fixed it and didn't charge us...of course they didn't apologize for our inconvenience of having to bring it back the 3rd time. Brian was great to deal with but Gary was a real grump (to put it nicely). With his attitude, I'm surprised they are still in business. We won't go back!

Poor management, tried to make a appointment to have a new catalytic converter installed on my…read moretruck, Ron the exhaust expert would not return my call to set up an appointment, talked with Kevin he ask if I could bring the truck in on tuesday so Ron could take a look and make mesurements. No big deal right!, wrong, when I arrived on tuesday the nice lady at the front desk knew nothing about my truck. We went looking for Kevin found him engaged in casual conversation with a friend, we stood there for a full minute or more wait for him to aknowledge our presence. I took this time to look around the grage, two guys who I guess were his mechanics were not working on anything at the time, they were just standing around and talking. Then I realised that Kevin was not going to pause his conversation to ask me or the lady from the front desk if he could help us, he acted like he had all the time in the world, I didnot. What a waste of time and gas for me, a 40 mile round trip all wasted because Kevin could not just make a appointment and keep it, it all comes down to a lack of customer care, poor management and scheduling. If this is how Kevins Auto is managed and how their customer`s are treated, why would anyone trust them with their vehicle?

They had me ready to go in about 5 minutes, and when I went to pay them the guy said "oh no, we don't charge for top-up's" even though they new I was from Texas and would likely never be a repeat customer. I was fired due to being late so many times but those times were when I didnt have a car and walking to work most of the time and just becoming a father I wasn't getting very much sleep, I just wish I was told that there was no grace period and that it was ram through a points system which I didn't know till I finally got hired full time after 6 months and was told that I was on the verge of being fired becuase of points which I didn't know about and that's when I found out there was no 5/10 minute grace period I never was more then 10 minutes late and would still be working with a great company that I really enjoyed working for I just got done cleaning the puts pressure washing the entire out do all the grease and then I get called up told to leave
