We had a great experience with Rich and Columbia Jetskis. It was the first time we'd ever done…read moresomething like this. We had our extended family of four adults and three young kids. We rented the party barge for 4 hours of fun on the Columbia River, departing from Crescent Bar (which was beautiful!) The party barge was spacious and provided (optional) shade (it was during the July record heatwave of 2021). We packed a lunch and had a great time. The boat was clean and easy to drive. Plenty of speed when needed. We pulled off at the sand bar and had lunch, which was a nice break. Rich & his wife were so helpful and had such a great attitude. They were patient and got us all outfitted with the right size life jackets. He probably wouldn't want me to share this, but as he was helping us tie up the boat at the dock at the end of our time, I think we kept him on his toes and he ended up in the river. He climbed back up on the dock with a big smile on his face. It made our day. He was such a happy guy. I totally recommend Columbia Jetskis. Thanks for everything, Rich!

We usually rent 2-3 boats and 6-8 jet skis 2-3 days for the week of 4th of July. We did have our first issue with a jet ski but they are always helpful with anything we need help with. Thanks Elaine! Between filling up at the gas station and getting back to the rental dock the gas gage had gone from full to 3/4. The kid checking me in called up to his manager who told him they said they could charge me (extra inflated marina prices for 1/4 of the tank) or I could fill it myself back at the gas dock. So I went back, spending almost 45 minutes to "fill" for less than two gallons of gas. I will never rent from them again.

They had a 20% off deal going which was good because there was 4 of us. Once we went to pay we received an additional discount and they delivered the kayaks to the lake for us. When we got to the water we were ready to go, then the guy tells us we can stay out as long as we like just call when we are ready to go. I insisted that he return in 1 hour (as I said, not my idea) I was the only one of us to fall in the water which was quite the way to end our short adventure. We will return to Extreme adventures to rent scooters and try the kayaks again.

I hate giving bad reviews, and previously held off but this place has gone from bad (last year when…read moreI didn't write a review) to worse (this year). I purchased two motorcycle tires to be replaced, then was referred to the service department. I was told that if I brought the motorcycle in, that changing the tires (that I had purchased from them) would cost $304.00 If I took the tires off, it would cost $50.00 per tire plus a $10.00/tire disposal fee unless I wanted to keep the old tires. This seemed a bit high, but not as crazy as $304 so I went home and spent 10 minutes removing the tires. Disappointing and amazing that they wanted $100 each to take the bolt off and remove the tire. I was told they would call me when the tires were ready. I was not contacted by them, so nearly a week later I called and the tires were ready. When I picked them up, I was also charged for two new tubes that I did not ask for so the total cost of having them put the two tires on that I had already bought from them with tax was about $145.00. Very sad to see this shop turn to these tactics. At one time they were a nice place to get service. I think they must have new owners. I upped this rating to a 2 because in all fairness the parts dept seemed decent and did call me when my tires had arrived. I have not worked with the sales department so I cannot comment on that part of the business. The problem is with the service department.

Be aware that this beautiful grass is beautiful beautiful it is watered daily. Best to review the sprinkler watering table on the community billboard...you don't want to be surprised when your section sprinkler's turn on. Bathrooms are clean, showers are clean. The showers take a special token...get them at the token machine ... main entry and also at the group campground. The lake is remarkable. It's popular so it can get busy at the swim area. Have fun...!!!
