The one on one care on site and accessibility was genuine and helped me understand my recovery and previous setbacks. I am amazed more PT clinics don't operate this way- I think there would be a lot less of us in PT then. They say not to come for 2nd half of appt & then charge $95-$100. Not cool. Most places will still fit you in if you wait a bit when that happens. Not here. You'd think they'd have a little understanding if they really cared about their patients' wellbeing (vs. just $$$). They also charge an extra $15 fee for ordering supplements in addition to their markup (and shipping). This is a pricy place, and they care more about money than people. Very disappointing.
