Though my fiancé tends to deal with them so maybe they are more honest with guys. They have always given us a better quotes than at the dealership, and have been honest with us when the dealership hasn't. For example, after bringing in the car for a routine oil change, the dealership told us that all four brake pads were worn out and would have to be changed, for a ridiculous cost. We went to Eurasia for a second quote and they told us that while the brake pads were somewhat worn out, the back ones had a few more years left and the front ones about a year. And their quote was much less than the dealership. They also always wait to hear back from us before going ahead with any work, and have generally been able to squeeze us in for last minute appointments. They are also pretty good with giving us an accurate time for when they think our car will be ready. Their shuttle system isn't the best (can take a while to get to/from, and it stops running pretty early so I usually have to duck out of work early to make the last one) but at least they do have one. I do recommend them but I have to be honest that I haven't gotten any other quotes from other places since we switched over to them, so I can't say if they are indeed the cheapest.

Took the car in for a couple of minor sensor replacements and an oil change, but ended up getting more done, as per my wishes and as they kept coming up with more things to consider fixing. The problem with the car now, is that there's new and bigger issues with it than before these guys got their hands on it. When the car went in, I had just returned from a drive to Vancouver. Smooth as silk, 130-140kms / hr. Now it's lucky if I can get it to 100KPH without shaking off the seat. There was no exhaust back pressure when I took it in, now there is...took it back to them three times and they say nothing is wrong with the car, except that it's getting miled out. BS. The car was fine. Now it's not. Do not go to this shop.

One dealership had a nice 2011 with a 19,900 price tag but as soon as I started to negotiate on it, the 3 year warranty came out plus the warranty /insurance on the catalytic convertor. Now the price was $25k! including gst if yu did a cash deal. I left empty handed. I saw Jacky's advert on KIJIJI and went to look at it and it was good. No pressure and a straight forward process. The best thing was he didn't push a warranty and other hidden charges on me. He did offer a 3rd party warranty if I was interested, but that was it. The car only came with one key, and Jacky offered to get a second one made up for me at no charge. I really enjoyed the experiance with Platinum Fine Cars and I would reccomend them to anyone wanting a hassle free experiance.

I've experienced them all multiple times and I'm sorry to say but it's amazing how the stereotypes of a sleazy car salesman are alive and well in the industry.... That being said - I actually ENJOYED the experience of buying my Honda Civic at Platinum Fine Cars today! Jacky and Jacky were a complete breath of fresh air.. there were no "salesman lines" no sheisty hooks.. just 2 genuine, knowledgeable, and friendly professionals. I will recommend this establishment above all others to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle, hands down. Not a massive selection albeit a quality selection which I would take any day. Make this your first stop. I have faith that these men will not let you down.. worst case, you drive away empty handed with a renewed faith in the used car buying experience. Thank you guys for a very positive shopping experience.
