This is the first review I have ever left on yelp, which goes to say that when I left pro vapor today I was very upset with the way I was treated. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over eight years. I even pick up vapes from that store for all of my coworkers seeing as they do have an extensive collection. For the first time in eight years, I had purchased a vape that broke due to no fault of my own. The magnetic piece of the cartridge fell out, making it impossible to connect it to the battery. I did try to fix this problem myself because I was currently at work. I was unsuccessful. When I showed up to Pro Vape with my first complaint in over eight years, the male clerk basically told me I was shit out of luck and there was nothing they could do for me. Now it's not about the money. I could've bought a new vape. It's not about the fact that they didn't offer me some kind of discount even if it was 10% for my trouble. Or maybe to return the vape to the manufacturer for me. No, it wasn't about any of that. it was the way that by saying that one thing they let me know how little they value me as a customer. it was degrading. Due to that fact, I will never return to that shop. I will never recommend that shop. I will never purchase for my friends at that shop. This is not customer service. It was a blatant and rude blowoff with an undertone of "we could care less about your business. read more

Run by scum bags. Terrible business ethics. I bought a vape from these guys and the flavor tasted burnt. I tried to return it or replace it and they wouldn't oblige. Will not be returning to this place. read more

So I've been coming here for a few years even during covid where we had to get our vaoe juice outside I've never had a bad experience until today so I've been buying naked juice for along time but I believe when stuff gets old or maybe a company is offering a percentage off sales to people who sell their products they promote it so I was nicely telling them my bad experience with the juice how it tasted bad and burned my coils right away the manager or owner I think he was told me in a rude manner to get the fuck out and never come back again all I want to say is if you have been a loyal customer you should always do the right thing unfortunately people who have money now a days are not very humble and it's sad just if u go their don't listen to recommendations I loved that place just don't trust recommendations from them read more

We were out of town on vacation and my boyfriend's vape stopped working properly. He searched for shops in the area and came across Pro Vapor so we stopped by. The gentleman working was very knowledgeable and was able to fix it within a few minutes. The shop was well put together and you couldn't beat the service! read more

I happened upon this vape store when in the Ft. Lauderdale area and was asking Siri to find a vape store which opened at 9:00. The first place I stopped was a little scary , so.... I saw this particular vape shop was on my way home and gave it a shot. When i walked in I was greeted by a very nice guy, not sure if it was Brian, but he was really cool and pretty much guaranteed he could give me the lowest price around, which was true. They have a big selection of vape juices including my fav, so i was really happy. The store was clean and organized- no smokers in the store unlike other places I've encountered. I was also given a first time 10% guest discount which was awesome! I will visit this store again when in the Pompano Beach area. They also have stores in Deerfield ,( Dixie & Hillsboro,) and in Margate off of 441 , BrIan was very helpful and super accommodating. Thanks again for the excellent customer service read more

Great place, wide selection, cheapest prices in this area; and very convenient as I live close by. The main reason I'm writing is because you won't meet a better staff in a vape shop. They are all really well informed and knowledgeable and always smiling and asking how how I'm doing. For example, Lauren (a very friendly and intuitive staff member) once rang me up mid panic attack, and was very calming and spoke to me clearly. She then comforted me throughout my purchase, meanwhile being very respectful in this situation. Truly a blessing, as this isn't usual in Florida haha read more

The three most important things you want in a retail shop; quality, service and selection. Pro Vapor has it all. Every time you walk in you are greeted by the best in the business. Tons of different types of juice to please the most discriminating palette. The latest and greatest in devices and accessories to fit any budget. These guys rock. View this experience as more a kin to going to a wine store...your tasting multiple Vape juice, but you're also basically tasting multiple price points and flavors. Some bottles may be fancier than others however pick what you like and pick what's best for you and what you like!!!! that's what makes the Staff special they help you pick what's best for you not based on price point, not based on a fancy bottle or box, not based on the bottom line, but based on your palate and personal taste. It's not called pro Vape for nothing they have some of the most advanced products available but, they do have beginners products for the first time Vapor. just an all-around great store. read more

I find myself wanting to go to All Day Vaper in my freetime to hang out with Doug and all the other interesting people that shop there and work there. Doug and his employees never pressure me into anything, they ask a lot of insightful questions and try to match the product that's best for you. Everyone provides top notch service, the couple bucks I spend more at this shop really gets paid back to me in the service and friendliness that they provide. Also don't have to wait a bajillion years for vape mail. When you factor the customer service, attention to detail, shipping costs, and overall friendliness you aren't paying that much more than online prices. Also Doug told me last night when I was in RDA shopping that he can basically procure just about any mod you would want at a reasonable price. Quickly as well! Something to keep in mind for my next mod purchase. He also provides 3 free builds with the purchase of any RDA. Never had anyone build a coil for me, but Doug again proved his mastery of this craft when he built me a 0.41 ohm dual 24g macro coil. Uploaded a pic with this review! TL:DR if you're looking for a great shop with reasonable prices in broward county, look no further. Vapor fi can suck it with their sub par liquids and crappy mods.

I know what's good for pain relief, energy, or just set a mellow mood for the night. Vape mesh coils are usually the best for desposibles and the Raz are by far the longest lasting, best flavor profile, battery lasts the longest and the coolest part of the product is that is has a light sensor for not only the battery but also the juice inside!!! I have had Yelp for many years but this will be my very first review. I am taking the time to write this because I was extremely impressed by both your store and your stores customer service. I am not from around here. I am from Massachusetts where we ask google everything. Yesterday I asked google to take me to a vape shop near me and your store was the closest to my location at the time. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the decor, and I was blown away by how clean and how organized it was on the inside. I am kind of new to this whole vaping thing but Mike was extremely helpful. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step and I really appreciated how patient he was with me and all of my questions. After leaving a review on google expressing my opinion the company deleted and or had my review deleted. I expressed my disbelief about the lack of their ability to accept apple pay. The owner then responded with a short story on how i was no longer welcome at the store. So, if you're reading this they DO NOT ACCEPT APPLE PAY. It's hilarious to me that a company can't take criticism. Personally, i would avoid this establishment but if a company acting like a two-year-old is your thing then 10/10 would recommend. read more

I have been coming to Pro Vapor since it opened and i not say enough about the staff Brian(Owner) ,Sean,Rick,Jake,Matt. These guys are willing to go above and beyond the scope of your usual shop. The selection of juice and the frequency it is updated is unparalleled by any other shop by far. Every time i walk in i am welcomed warmly and invited to try the new juices, beyond that the prices are fair and reasonable. The staff there is not just interested in selling you all kinds of supplies you don't necessarily need. they are more interested in educating and retaining. The juice selection and quality surpasses any other shop that I have tried. I bought this juice it tastes so bad on the bottom of the bottle its expired, the seal itself was broken and this place still didnt take a refund. Soooo many quality box mods, RDA's, Tanks, and premium e-juice that you seriously could spend a couple hours there checking out all the stuff they have.
