They sent Travis out promptly, who is their electrician where he found that the issue was resolved by replacing a faulty 40-amp breaker that was intermittently providing the necessary voltage, even though measurements initially appear correct. While the breaker issue caused real inconvenience and unexpected costs on my end, the owner was responsive and showed willingness to smooth things over to work toward a resolution. I also want to highlight that the panel upgrade and solar/battery installation itself was clean and well done. The workmanship that Eddie, Manny, Christian and Jamie performed had overall met my expectations, and once the issue was identified, Sunline did step in to correct it. No project is perfect, but how a company responds when problems arise matters a lot. In this case, Sunline's owner and Eric was engaged, responsive, and made a sincere effort to make things right. As an engineer, and after witnessing the symptoms and corrective actions firsthand, I believe the breaker issue was likely a manufacturing defect, and it was unfortunate that it occurred during the holidays. That said, based on how Sunline handled the situation, the overall quality of their work, and the value they offer, I would recommend them and plan to continue using them for future needs.

Upon arrival Jeremy got right down to business, starting with the outside of the house while I moved objects on the inside so he could get to the windows easily. The windows, screens and window tracks are spotless. He even cleaned the little windows on the garage doors. Spotless clean-up; after the work was done there was no evidence he was even here! After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

We had this company come out to clean our windows and replace a few bug screens. Two very young…read moreladies came to do the job. They did not clean any of the window frames. They left dirty foot prints on the top of my daughter's bathroom counter top sink. There was water on the hardwood floors. I had to spend a couple more hours cleaning all the window frames. The bug screen looks pretty bad, not well stretched and has lumpy spots. The young ladies were sitting on the ground and cutting the screenings, it looked like a craft project from elementary school. Carl arrived much later to help them out. We later contacted Carl to let him know what happened and he never responded. We do not recommend them. We will let the pictures speak for themselves.
