Everything was excellent from start to finish. Our initial estimate with David was great and reasonably priced. He was very professional and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. We ran into a few issues with the style I originally wanted, but it was only because they build things to a much higher standard than what you get at the big box stores. Their fences are built so they don't sag over time, which is exactly what you want. We ended up going with a modern style that we love. The install took about half a day. Everything went smoothly and the fence and gate have been working great ever since. I also really appreciated the after service. There was a small gap on one of the gates due to them not having enough material during the initial install, and they came back a few weeks later to fix it. It's awesome that they followed through and finished the job right. It really shows they care about their work. I have no issues recommending Pro Vinyl Fencing for a fencing job. Apparently the only way to get a response from this company is to continue sharing online, which is unfortunate. After months I left a review, it took 3 months for them to respond to the review to fix their mistake. They partially fixed it and offered to pay to fix the rest and we are now being ghosted again. Every time I call we're told the reimbursement will happen end of day or tomorrow, but nothing ever happens and I have to send multiple texts and call to get any updates at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. They quoted me a ridiculous price per feet ($55 per square feet). This is for Vinyl fencing 6 feet tall. I gave them measurements and sent them my research on how many panels and posts I would need. I questioned their unreasonable high price for material per length cost and told them that if I buy the same material from Lowes a high end reputable retailer (and Lowes buys from CATALYST which is an American Vinyl manufacturing company that sells premium product) with inflated margins the material cost will be $20 per length. There is no way labor would be $35 per length. Especially when I told them that for my job there is no demo, no hauling and no gradient. So when I called out their BS they have such arrogance that they responded me with the following - "I'm not going to argue with you honestly. You've clearly done your research and have your own opinion, but just a couple of things. First -- how exactly did you verify material costs? That's practically impossible to do accurately. I'm sure you didn't send samples to a lab. Second -- if you actually know where to buy American-made vinyl at $10-15 per foot, I'd happily buy it by the ton, 10-20 thousand feet at a time. But I don't want to get into the details of what costs what. There's Google, there are ratings, there are reviews -- our reputation isn't built out of thin air. I wish you the best of luck. Sounds like you've found some great options -- I'd go with them." Lab tests, lol? They talk down on people like we were born yesterday. They expect that they would say any crazy price and we have to accept it and not ask why are they not fair market value. The lady Jasmine responded very rudely like I have committed some crime questioning the price breakdown. Customers will have to pay thousands of dollars and they expect no one will do their research or ask why and how things are priced. They were not courteous or respectful at all. The Ego like they are the Michael Jordon of Vinyl fencing is laughable. Beware if this is how they talk to a prospective client then think the shit they are going to give you when you do business with them. They are not reputable. And it is a flat out lie that their prices are same as other companies. There are other reputable companies that quote for $36 - $40 per length. Not $55 per length. And I know these scammers show up in your property and end up seldom change the quote to something lower or reasonable. We had specific requests/height requirements for a fence topper height and Zorro was patient with us and bridged that request to their supplier. We also had a tight schedule to get installation done and they arrived on the requested window. We were pleasantly surprised at the craftsmanship considering it was only one employee doing the installation but it was *almost* perfect! We had a slight issue with one of the panels of the topper which was a bummer cause it was easily missed by everyone (including us) due to the sun's glare, but we were so impressed by their customer service. After letting them know of the issue, within the week, they had come back to replace the issue AND left us an extra just in case! UPDATE 2 Har came out quickly, took down the old post and installed a new one. Again he was professional and efficiently got the job done. He thinks that someone may have messed with the post before it had completely dried. I think that maybe there was an issue with the concrete mixture since i remember that at first it was solid and then a few days later became wobbly. Regardless Har instilled confidence the first time we spoke about it on the phone, something along the lines of it doesn't matter the reason, it's not working correctly so we're going to fix it. We're now two days post the fix and so far so good! UPDATE I waited a week for the concrete to settle but one of the fence posts is wobbly. I let Jasmine know and she thought maybe more cement needed to be added or perhaps the cement didn't settle right and that she would dispatch someone to repair it. I will update the review once the repair occurs, which hopefully will be soon. I have a different vinyl fence/gate on the same property installed by a different manufacturer and it is rock solid, installed into the same type of material, so I know that it is possible to have it not be wobbly.
