Julio and Sergio did an amazing job with my 2007 car. Don't think it's been this shiny in years and the inside looks like it was detailed at a car dealership to be prepared to be sold. Unfortunately, we only have one before pic. But you can see how sparkly it is now :) Will definitely call them again since they took great care of my car.

My experience has been nothing but outstanding. After being stood up twice by previous detailers, Julio and his crew reassured me of how a professional and well operated business is run. I work weird hours and was able to communicate with him at any point with clarity and efficiency. I take my 2015 Jeep Wrangler off-roading often, live by the beach and own two dogs, so if you can image...my car was disgusting. They arrived on time and after a few short hours with Pro Vision, my car (which had never been detailed in the 5+ years that I own it) looked BRAND NEW. Not only are they proficient, eco friendly, flexible and great workers they are friendly and happy to help in any way. Even my neighbors were in awe of how beautiful my baby looked. Needed a last minute detail before selling my 2000 Toyota 4Runner. One of my friends had already referred me to Julio so we arranged for a full detail to be done. I was so happy with the amazing job that Julio and his crew did, I don't think my car has looked so good in such a long time!! I was really impressed with the fact that they were able to get the rims nice and shiny clean even after years of brake dust accumulating there. In addition, I was amazed to see how clean they got the engine compartment, I've taken that vehicle off road many times and so it was pretty dirty. Overall, Julio and his crew were very professional and committed to do an excellent job. I will be referring them to my friends!!

Pro Vision Mobile Detailing did a great job! Very professional, continually communicates, and is on time. When I texted them the first time, they replied within an hour and got scheduled right away. I chose their Gold package, which included clay bar, polishing, to name a few on the exterior, as well as full shampoo and detailing on the interior, and they did not disappoint. Ask for the engine detailing as well! They have great and reasonable prices. They did an amazing job and will definitely call again to get my other cars detailed.

The guy who attended me, "julio" i believe was very friendly but i was very upset with the result of my service :( i called them and was asking about an interior detail and he told me it would range around 140-200 depending on the car's condition. He charged me 200$. He was also around 2hrs late from the time he had said. When hes done he tells me if i see anything that concerns me to contact him. I really could not see anything since it was dark and decided was going to check in the morning. When i checked it looked like he only cleaned my seats & carpet but didn't even touch anything else. He also left smudges on the inside of all my windows and when i called him about it he said that cleaning the inside of the window is not part of their interior detail, but then don't make them dirtier then. He left dirt in all cup holders and doors. He did not do a 200$ detail. He called it a "tiny problem" when i contacted him about it. i didnt take much pictures but these are 2 of the pictures i send him. These were only an example of how bad the cleaning was. If the car wasn't left almost basically the same i would have not complained. Unfortunately i don't recommend this place at all.

This place is a joke. These two men who came to my car to clean it took less than two hours, left my car pretty much the same except it was wet; they left grease marks all inside the car and then had the nerve to get rude and loud because I told them how crappy of a job they did. This company also left trash under around the parking lot by my car and we're told to clean it up. Instead, they put the trash under my managers company van. To complete the disaster, a two year old little boy came with his father to work. Worst customer service and experience with detailing I ever encountered.

On time, reasonably priced, and quick. Definitely recommended. Make sure to ask for clay as extra as it normally doesn't come with their basic detail package. He also does a walk around with you to make sure there wasn't anything missed.

Julio and his team did a GREAT job on my car! It was in bad bad shape, having had a dog in it everyday coming from the beach and muddy places too. And it hadn't been cleaned in...years? I thought there was no hope but he got it looking brand new! I waited so long to get it detailed because I have severe chemical sensitivities and knew I wouldn't be able to drive it for weeks after detailing. But he said he uses water-based products and there is NO toxic, irritating smell!!! I'm shocked! Julio is also super personable and friendly. And I love that he comes to me and doesn't need much from me, which means I can focus on my clients without being disturbed. Highly recommend! read more

Julio totally saved the day for me by coming out on his day off first thing this morning to clean up what was kind of a mess! Despite the Hail Mary I threw out for him he was extremely professional and paid extra attention to detail. My SUV was left in brand new condition, sparkling and smelling great inside and out! Oh, did I mention that I offered the opportunity to many others but he replied within minutes and was the only one that didn't have an excuse to not take my business?! These guys are awful! I will not be calling back. The service I payed for was not worth it. Rims were left dirty, wax job was not done at all, and door jams were left dirty. I would highly recommend calling another mobile detail service. read more

Had such a great experience with this service! Julio had convenient times to choose from, came directly to me, and finished the job with no complications. I had a full interior detail with a quick exterior wash and the results are impressive! There was a lot of interior staining due to the light fabric color and now the inside looks like new! I chose the Gold Detail for my Cadillac CTS and couldn't be happier. It was worth every penny. It came with the wash, wax, polish, shampoo, leather conditioning, and so much more. As soon as I walked out of my office towards my car, I could barely recognize it... it was so shiny and felt smooth. Julio was responsive, thorough, and friendly. I reached out to Pro Vision after I spilled coffee all over my cloth passenger seat and needed some help cleaning up the remaining stain that was left after I did my own clean up. Julio responded immediately and was able to meet my late afternoon timing need the next day. Since they are mobile, he was able to meet me at my house. He was very quick and efficient and restored my seat to looking better than before! If I hadn't just had my car detailed, I would have had him detail everything else. What an impressive experience! I messaged Julio through Yelp & he responded within the hour. It was after normal business hours but he took the time to talk with me & let me know what he offers & his pricing. I was leaving town the next day & wanted to get my boyfriend's car detailed in the morning before I left. Julio & his partner were kind enough to come at 7:30am in order to get the job done in time for me to make my flight! They did a PHENOMENAL job! I didn't realize just how much love that car needed until I saw the end result & it was beautiful! They shampooed the upholstery & carpets & they were shades lighter after! (I wish I had taken before & after photos). We are also smokers & my boyfriend delivers pizza & I was so impressed that the smells were gone when they were finished! Unfortunately it started raining right as they were finishing the interior but they offered to come back when I was back from my trip to do the exterior. Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

Additionally, Angel informed me what the process would look like including explaining his cleaning items, updated me on how my detail is going and opened to any questions or concerns I had about my car. As a parent, we all know of the crumbs and stains that sit for long periods of time. In my case, this was my first ever car-detail, with stains lasting for 8 years. Angel was able to remove these stains! I was so happy and impressed with my car looking brand new! Thank you Angel, you're running a great business here. I will most definitely be booking again soon! It was the day we got back from Az in a 2020 GMC Yukon and it was due back at the rental in four hours. It was covered in red sand and the inside was filthy from rock climbing and hiking. My boyfriend recommended this detailer and said Even though it was last minute that they could make it happen. And they did!! They made it happen and came up in two hours and what an INCREDIBLE job they did!!! The rental is in even better condition than when we got it! HAHAA! It was awful weather in lake arrowhead mind you, with fog and drizzle coming down and they still made the car look brand new!!!! Inside and out! They drove up 7k feet in the mountains in bad weather to do their best work. Just incredible!! Also washed my personal car, a 2018 mustang and did an amazing job!! I love great service! This is actually my first review I've ever done...but there are so many car detailing places, I didn't know who to choose but I'm glad I went with Julio! people should be acknowledged for their excellent work and this was an awesome job! He was very punctual and friendly and the best part, got my car looking new again:) my car wasn't just an easy little job... I'm getting ready to sell it and it was dirt and stains all over the seats and floors... So I was nervous that no one would be able to get it looking fresh and clean again. Well worth it! Julio came out to my house while I was at work to clean my old 2001 Toyota 4Runner, Oh my gosh!! He did a FANTASTIC job. It is soooo clean, he washed my seats they were pretty much black, I didn't even realize Til I saw the after!! It is shiny clean and smells so good. Now I wish I didn't have to sell it!
