Way more than a great company, they're great people! We just returned from vacation to a flooded garage and, because we had just had a huge roof leak a few months ago, we knew just who to call! I called Eli, as a returning customer, and told him what had happened. He arrived about 30 minutes later to check it out for us. He assessed the wet areas on our walls, helped us clear out the clutter, remove the damaged drywall, and set up fans within about 45 minutes from his arrival. Let me start off by saying, if you are reading this review and need water restoration services, my heart goes out to you. Water issues are a nightmare to deal with. That being said, I can wholeheartedly recommend Pro Water Damage, Inc (PWD). We woke up on a Monday morning to the sound of water running in the garage and had water come into our kitchen from what turned out to be a failed plumbing fitting. We shut off the water, called the insurance company to initiate a claim and got an OK to call a water restoration company at 5:30 in the morning. Did a Goggle search and was lucky to have selected PWD from the results. Eli was in my dining room explaining the process by 6:30 AM and he and his crews began packing items and the drying process almost immediately. We didn't really understand the process of how "water restoration" companies work but do now. Eli and his crews will find everywhere that the water has intruded, carefully pack up your belongings, demolish/dispose of trash and make sure that the areas are completely dry, sanitized and ready for repair. They work in concert with the insurance adjuster to get appropriate approvals I simply cannot imagine a company having done a better job at this service than PWD. Understand that this company is not who to call because you simply want some wet drywall replaced or need a plumbing fixture repaired. Without eliminating the water, you can be creating a dangerous environment for your family and even more expensive repairs down the road. You call PWD to find the water and dry it out before it ruins your home. Eli will make a seemingly unbearable process as comfortable as possible and get you and your family on the road to recovery. We are now in the process of getting contractors to repair the home including drywall, cabinetry, flooring, etc. I would not be remotely comfortable replacing all of these items with confidence that the water has been removed and any potentially negative effects neutralized without the exceptional work of Pro Water Damage, Inc. I am now confident that our house is dry and ready to be repaired. After a water leak in an adjacent condo that went and unchecked for a while we called Water master Pro's and Eli and Suriel showed up and began to access the damage... they quickly deployed 10 fans and two dehumidifiers to try and deal with the moisture that had entered my unit. As my unit had wood laminate flooring the water permeated the underlayment 15 feet across from the wall that it enter through... The walls and cabinets needed to be opened up and my flooring had damage so it needed to be replaced... they were very helpful and quick to respond and after things were dry I asked them to recommend a contractor to repair the damage which they did and ABG construction did an outstanding job fixing up my unit... If I could give 10 stars I would, woke up at 6 in the morning to water over my ankles in a bedroom and a bathroom. Went to the I internet and it was my lucky day when I called Pro Water Damage. i recommend using this service if you have any water damage. I had a washing machine flood in my house and had to clean up the mess as well as work with the insurance company and a contractor. Eli helped me with this process from beginning to end. He was quick to answer the phone or return my call and was such a professional. I came across Pro Water Damage and seeing they had two positive reviews I thought I would give them a call to get an estimate, as their website said FREE ESTIMATES. Boy I wish I didn't bother. FREE ESTIMATES? I DON'T THINK SO, BETTER YET HOW ABOUT NO ESTIMATE AT ALL!!! Upon someone in the office answering the phone I was passed on to Eli. Upon explaining the water damage done to my home from the residence above and that I would like to get an estimate to repair/replace all damaged drywall. I was told anything wet would need to be dried out. Ok, understood and have been told this, but I would have liked an estimate to replace all drywall that had since dried and showed water staining. Eli refused to provide an estimate better yet he would not even take the time to come out and evaluate the damage. Last month, very early in the morning, I discovered a leaking supply line and cracked toilet was flooding the condo I was renting. After calling the landlords, they found Pro Water on a Google search. I am so thankful that this happened to be the company that came out to help us! They arrived quickly, got to work immediately and did what they needed to in the house. Initially, they moved a lot of my furniture to the garage so that they could a) help me save the furniture, and b) work on the house. At the end of the day, Eli let me know that to be safe, I really needed a full professional pack of the entire house so that the contractors could come in and carpet, drywall, etc., and my belongings would be safe and out of the way. After spending all day working on the house, they showed up again the next day on my schedule (they worked around an appointment I had) and worked until late that evening very carefully packing everything and putting it in the garage. They were so friendly and professional and Eli makes sure to keep you calm in a situation that could make you very stressed out. After three weeks in a hotel and a decision to move to a different place entirely, Eli and his crew came to pack me up and move me...only to find that the garage in the house I had been renting was flooded!!! If it weren't for Pro Water's complete professionalism, everything I owned would have been ruined! I am so grateful that this is the company that was called that day of the first flood because I feel so fortunate to have experienced their level of detail. When I took Eli's advice for them to pack up the house in the first place, they placed plastic down on the garage floor, plus wrapped everything in plastic. We had a major pipe leak in our kitchen, two days before Christmas a few years ago. Eli and his crew were here within one hour of my call and identified the location and began fixing the issue. Last month, the ceiling to my garage was leaking and pieces of dry wall was falling. I googled water damage and it led to Pro Water Damage. I gave them a call and they came to my house within the hour. Eli, the owner, and another worker came to look at the house. I highly recommend Pro Water Damage. We experienced a sewer line break that caused a flood inside our house. A significant portion of our home was damaged. I called Pro Water Damage and at the time I called, water was continually flowing through my shower drain and I didn't know what to do. The first thing they told me was to turn off the main water valve to my home, which I should have known but I was too panicked to think clearly. The guys from Pro Water Damage arrived within an hour of my initial call. I was distraught and still in a panic. My husband was out of town on business and I had no idea what to do. While his team worked, the owner (Eli) took the time to explain the entire process to me, including helping me to to understand what the plumbers were doing and what was going to happen with the insurance company.
