Worst communication possible. Wrote a review about 4 months ago about the work done at our house. Wasnt that thrilled with the communication, but the work came out looking good. Fast forward to September. We are selling our house and the home inspector points out that the shower floor is cracking from the wall and shower ledge. So I reach out to the project manager, with pictures, wait a week, no reply. I then call the office, leave a very detailed message with the receptionist. One week later, still no one has bothered to get back to me. After 4 months, I would THINK that this is still under warranty, but yet no one there will get back to me to coordinate a time to come out and repair. they do not even have the courtesy to call and say, hey, got your message, let me look into it. Oh man our fire sprinkler in a downstairs closet went off and completely flooded our downstairs which was all solid wood. We had to get someone quick I had seen Jarvis trucks all over the place so I called them. They arrived within 45 min or so and removed the water.
