They connected my baby's iPad to wi-fi, so communication was not an issue. They call when they are about 20 minutes from being done. Shakeira started on my kid's hair immediately. And she was done in 2.5hrs which is more than responsible. My kid and stylist decided on style of braids. The total look and experience was beyond my expectations. Braids neat. The salon is a mixed use development that also houses a gym, beauty supply store and a juice bar. In addition to hair stylists, there's also a nail tech and barber available. All of the staff is pleasant and from what I've seen, talented. I usually arrive really early in the morning before most of the staff arrives, so I haven't seen all of the stylists work.
