The new owner used extra hot wax for my Brazil wax and scalded me. I have been in pain for 3 weeks and first degree burns. I have been using AD salve and neosporine for the burn area. One word: AMAZING! This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back. Prices are comparable to other businesses (ie. eyebrow threading $8) but the upside is that there is NO CARD MINIMUM! Who doesn't like saving money? Stylez offers perks! Not only are they are a part of FiveStar Point Program, they have some amazing package deals. As promised on my next visit I will be buying the 3 eyebrow threading package for $18. They have an eyebrow tint package as well for $20 I believe! Now to the service! I was greeted and encouraged to come back by the hostess/front of house. She explained the packages along with holding great conversation. I was surprised they have been in business there going on there 4th year!! What they consider to be thigh is really part of my bikini line, and they don't do the entire butt crack. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the girl who waxed me listened to my concern. I won't come back here. Staff was very rude. I came in to get eyebrows threaded and the staff aggressively told me to have a seat. They sat at the counter surfing the web before they finally decided to do their job. No one should bother wasting there money here at all. I don't care what deals they got. It's not worth it. You will regret it. They just opening up a threading business because it's the thing to do. Always a hit or miss for me. I've had my brows threaded a few times here, twice by Leena & once by another lady. Out of 3 times i'd say i've only been satisfied once...which is a complete shame because the prices are fantastic - only $5 for threading but I guess you could say you get what you paid for. My advice - be very particular when explaining your desired shape. I personally like natural brows, just a clean up - no arched shape or unnatural shape, literally just a clean up....lets just say, my brows right now look sharp, thin & overly arched. I've had my brows done and been disappointed enough times now to safely say I will no longer be returning for any services here. Just a word of advice, hold a mirror while they're threading so you can stop them when they get "thread happy" and take off most of your brows. Thankfully, my brows grow pretty fast so i wont look like a surprised thumb much longer! Haha read more

I will not be back. They DO NOT USE HARD WAX I've been trying to find a "Home" for my waxing needs and this definitely wasn't it. The mood of the place is horrible. The staff has no patience. I will walk you through my experience. I was asked to go in the room in which she left the door open while I undressed so I closed it and she asked why. As I lie on the table but asked me to scoot to the edge where my legs were dangling. She complained frequently about me having "dry skin" to my peri area. She applied wax in no particular area or pattern put the strip on and yanked it off. Upon completion she drowned my "hooha" in baby oil and sent me on my way and I asked "aren't you going to do the back?" I went in to get a wax and my eyebrows threaded but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I cannot remember the lady who did my eyebrows and wax but she was super rough with my wax and eyebrows. My eyebrows aren't even there anymore and they are bleeding. She saw my eyebrows were bleeding and she didn't put anything to clean it just left it bleeding. She didn't even stop. Then she tipped herself more than the amount I told her i was going to tip her. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!. Had eyebrows threaded and results were just so-so. Wanted mustache threaded but I was told to wax instead because it would be extremely painful due to thickness. I agreed. It looked like a good job but the next day I had burns on either side of my lip which then developed into scabs. Returned to talk to manager who was very apologetic but only wanted me to return again and give them another chance. NO WAY! It is 5 days later and the scabs have come off but left a very visible area. I would not recommend to anyone for any service. read more

Staff was not friendly or made you feel comfortable. It was a totally different experience from the first place I got waxed. The lady just repeated "come back in four weeks" about 10 times during the waxing process, which made me not want to go back. Also after I payed and tipped I didn't get a thank you or anything. Now the only reason these people are getting a star is because the threading was ok. This was the worst wax I have ever received. I will never return for ANY SERVICE. First of all she stripped the wax off of my private area so hard I got razor bumps and I was sweating . I still have hair left on my private area, and she didn't even bother to wax between my cheeks. This process hurt more than the first time I ever got waxed. THEN SHE USED THE SAME WAXING STRIP THE WHOLE TIME. You could clearly see that the strip was covered in hair but she didn't get a new one. She also double dipped the sticks. Clearly you get what you pay for. I would rather spend the 30 dollars and go to sweet samba because this was absolutely ridiculous. This place is a joke. read more

Anytime I come into the shop for a brazilian wax, these people spend the entire time trying to sell me some other service or either trying to get me to prepay for future services. The woman are nice to you when you're the only customer there, but they become quite rude when they are busy. Last but not least, they always charge me $35 for a brazilian wax. The last time I went, I told the lady that the website showed specials for $19.99. This special has been up for quite sometime but they don't tell the customers. On my last visit, I heard the two women complaining about not meeting their individual sales quotas. This explains why they are constantly trying to push customer's to purchase unnecessary services and packages. read more
