For another month and a half, we have been assured by the manager, owner, and mechanics that they are working it or waiting on parts with the same excuse that the shipment is late or the part did not come in. After all the delays and lies, we finally went again to get the "fixed" bike and nothing was done or fixed. And now the auto shift is completely inoperable! When we called back, the mechanic hung up on us! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

They said that we couldn't use the warranty anymore which we took the four wheeler before the warranty expired. We told them to work on the four wheeler where it needed work. Instead of that they changed the battery even when it was good and they gave us a bad one. They changed all the screws and stuff. Till this day 10/12/24 we have to still bring it back to lake guntersville Powersports. I don't recommend to buy anything from here. They say that they are going to fix it and stuff but turns out when I get home it's not good.

Justin "jp" kept finding excuses to not let me test drive the unit. "We have to sign a waiver" "we have to do this" ok so let's do it. We looked over everything and I was in line for a finance person and I asked again and he was like oh she's ready now. By the time i left finance papers were signed for almost $10k at which point he really couldn't stop me from driving it. But had I not be happy the papers were already signed and my money was taken. When I asked about a helmet since I just spent almost $10k he's response was "well the paper work is all done" as if it couldn't have been adjusted. So he passed me off to the other sales persons and made sure to tell him as well that the deal was done and he's not be providing a helmet with the sale or any discount that the helmet guy could show me what they had but no deal would be offered. Pretty poor system and I doubt the cheapest helmet getting tossed in on a deal Would make or break them. Honestly I probably wouldn't go back to that location as I feel like the whole goal was to get my money not make me feel comfortable or appreciated as a buyer.

Second they delivered a $30k cart with body fitment issues, faulty seat belt, and a faulty rack and pinion. Basically an unsafe vehicle. I called they promised to fix the issue, came and picked it up. Now I'm without a cart for almost a week before I came to their location to figure out wth was going on. I told them that we couldn't just continue without a golf cart, I asked if they'd return my old one that I traded in. They did, and now it's been over 3 weeks and still no cart. I spoke with the owner Randy, who is as slimy as his rep, about just canceling the transaction and returning my money. He refused and said tough we don't take returns. We'll fix it, hopefully soon.
