Top notch camera store if looking for new and used gear. ProCam actually has locations in Chicago, Detroit and Cincinnati. Just about everything one needs for photography may be found here. Cameras, supplies, it's pretty much all here. There is a large selection of camera bags. If buying a used or new camera, warranties are available. Warranties are through an outside company. Used gear has a much smaller selection; camera bodies and lenses. If selling, make sure to bring your ID, a charged battery, and the battery charger. Only products they believe will sell will be purchased. If purchasing as well it may all be processed in one transaction. Locations do not post all used cameras online. Stop in to see what else is available. (If you are near a store.) At the back of the store is an area where photography classes are held. Check their website for classes in all locations. After purchasing my a7iii and getting by with the kit lens for a while, I realized that in order to successfully photograph Real estate I would need a wider lens. I realized my camera wasn't cheap right after purchasing it when I saw just how expensive lenses were for it. The lens I needed would cost me over $1400. No amount of searching could get me a deal on this lens. (Sony/Zeiss 16-35) No matter how many times I typed this search into Craigslist or Facebook marketplace I just couldn't find a deal on this. That is until PROCAM posted on Instagram that they were having a sale. 25% off of used lenses. I commented that I was in need of this lense and Lee wrote me shortly after. They had what I needed and took several hundred dollars off for me. I went in ASAP and left with the last tool I needed in my bag. Ended up saving about half of what this lens would cost me new. This is my go to store for any type of camera gear I want to buy in person, otherwise I just get it online. I drive an hour up here if that tells you anything about the selection they offer. They literally have everything you could imagine and more. Lighting, photography backgrounds, a large selection of gear bags, accessories, cameras, etc. you name it, they most likely have it or can order it in for you. They also offer a section of used gear as well. I'm a film maker and I've bought my ronin camera stabilizer here and my DJI Spark drone, plus countless other things here and there. My favorite part is if I have questions someone always gives me recommendations and their advice from using the product. All the employees are always super kind and helpful and it makes shopping here more pleasant. LOVE. THIS. STORE. The customer service is beyond amazing! I bought a defective product over a month ago. Even though the receipt says 14 days they let me exchange the product with a new one without any problems. All the sales person said was, "No problem! Go grab a new one." Everyone is super helpful and they'll always work out some kind of deal with you. The store itself is GIGANTIC! And very clean! So many selections from camera bodies to light stands. They'll also price match which a huge plus for me. If you check on their Facebook page they'll post events like cleaning your DSLR sensor by a professional for FREE. To sum it up in one sentence - these guys are awesome. I just purchased a Canon EOS R and 24-70mm lens, and they were extremely helpful throughout the process. I had to preorder this camera, so I had some concern that it wouldn't arrive on time, etc, but James at ProCam took great care of me and I couldn't be happier. I've been a long time customer of B&H Photo but from now on I will go see the guys at ProCam instead. They have a giant selection of equipment/gear, and I really like seeing the products before purchasing. I think we're very fortunate to have more than one specialty/pro camera store in this area. Procam is my new favorite. The store is very spacious and the selection is fantastic. All the fun stuff like printers, light kits, bags and accessories can be found here. And of course camera bodies, lenses and adapters. I also noticed a nice selection of seamless backdrops as well as smaller step-and-repeat size banners and stands. The customer service is outstanding. I was in the store yesterday ( 5/15/23 ) and was trying to get a Nikon Z7II using the lease to own option. I came from the Columbus area because a friend recommended the store because of their experience there. I was trying to check out and the manager Jonah Williamson did not know how to use the system and locked it out and the only person that could use it was off on Mondays. After several minutes waiting for someone else to print off some pictures for us, I asked him to order it for me and he stated that he would get it taken care of first thing in the morning and will contact me by 10:00 and by 11:15, I had not heard from him. I called and talked to him at 11:22 and he stated that he would send a link to order the camera ( for free shipping ) which he never did. I again called at 1:30 and he was busy with a customer, I left my name and asked him to give me a call. When I finally got a hold of him at 2:15 he stated that he would have to contact the Detroit store and get them to OK the free shipping ( even though he told me it was already taken care of ) I than questioned him about not calling me back before and he stated that he needed to help other customers and that he would like to sell me a camera but that I could go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. When i began to discuss with him about it seeming like he really wasn't trying to help me, he preceded to hang up on me. Procam is the place to go!. I've purchased cameras, lens, bags, tripods, tripod heads, speed lights, accessories and had my cameras calibrated to a specific lens! The customer service is awesome. I've dealt with almost everyone in the place and they are all top notch! I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner on one of my visits! In the past I always ordered my gear and accessories online. Long story short- I went there on September 23 to get some film developed from my Pentax camera. The guy assured my that this would only take 2 weeks....I saw him take the film out of my camera and put it it in an envelope to send off. I paid my $16 and that was that. Three weeks go by and nothing so I call them and they tell me something has happened in Chicago and they don't know where my film is ...fast forwards to OCTOBER 25th an ENTIRE MONTH later and still no film or call from them. So I call pretty upset and they guy tells me they got my film and gave me a call but they didn't...and that my film was BLANK...not sure what happened but it must have gotten lost because why would I send it in with no pictures? And why would the guy take it in the begging if there were no pictures to develop. So I'm convinced the warehouse where they ship things is not organized at all and is where MY pictures were lost that I can never get back. Although they gave me my money back I still have NO pictures and I'm very disappointed in this store. It took over a month, they lack in communication and honesty... won't be going back. Don't get film developed here bc it will take a very long time and you might now even receive it. Only 2 stars bc I got my money back. read more

WOW, just WOW on customer service. Peter, Ed and Elaine helped me when I went there. I had called a few times before asking general questions about lenses and some camera issues or education I needed. Peter freely gave information over the phone without any expectation of a sale. Then, I got a new camera. The internet has A LOT of information, but a lot of conflicting information. So my fiance and I drove to ProCam--even though it was 30 minutes away. Peter, Ed and Elaine literally gave me a quick tutorial on how to use my brand new camera I bought from Nikon. And then--I found a FANTASTIC deal on a 105mm for my new camera..and a new bag--the prices are fantastic--but the customer service takes the cake.
