Insurance billed $7,024, they paid $1099, the clinic discounted the bill $5568 and I ended up paying $600 out of pocket and I have really good insurance. Unless you're shot in the middle of the street and can't make it to the real hospital, avoid this place. It is NOT an urgent care.

The team was even super kind to my kiddos. We had a strep, Covid, and a flu test run. Thankfully it was "just the flu." However I'm glad I came as they prescribed tamiflu and she's on the mend. My only curiosity is to see what they charge insurance for this less than an hour visit and 3 tests. Seeing others right $3k billed for a strep test has me concerned. The audacity of him to send me home with a domestic abuse packet makes me never want to step foot there ever again! I was so offended. I'm not in an abusive relationship, at all. No one even tried to talk to me about it either. So if their policy is to send that home with everyone that's not ok either. His bedside manner was just pathetically awful and rude and condescending! He also prescribed me a medication that cost over $700 that wasn't even available in North Texas. So I went an additional 4 days with ZERO pain relief!! Do NOT RECOMMEND this ER!!!
