Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders.
