Not the best service for me or my dogs. I ended up finding a dog day care that I enjoy more, so things worked out in the end.

My sweet pup just adores PawsCLE! I have been taking her for daycare roughly 1x/week for about 6…read moremonths. She gets a chance to improve her social skills and she comes home happy and tired at the end of each day! My girl is a lively and loving rescue pup who had a somewhat rough start in life and spending time with her friends at Paws has helped her blossom and overcome some of the timidity that she used to feel around new dog friends. The staff are all so wonderful; you can tell that they really enjoy playing with the pups and I know that she is well cared for while she is there. And I really love looking at the photos they share through the client portal on their website as well as their active Instagram page!

I didn't ask for a tour, next time I will. I also wished I would have taken before and after pics. Molly is a 11 year old Black Puggle. She has a collapsing trachea and bad legs, but she has a positive outlook on life, so I spoil her. We went in over a week ago for her first de shedding bath. What a difference! She still looks good now. Definitely will get the de shedding next season and will bring her in for a touch up bath in between. Noticeable less hair in my apartment and she still smells good. Groomer was very good with her and even sent pics of her on the grooming table.

She was one of those cats that only allows you 3 pets before taking a swipe and never, ever comes to lay on your lap or rub your leg. Frankly I was feeling a little betrayed.... Fast forward to 6 months ago, my Husband and I adopted a 6 month old kitten. We took the appropriate precautions with introducing him and all was well for awhile. Suddenly, she started eliminating in non litter box areas. We took her in to be seen by Dr. Morse. He identified she had a bladder infection. I saw how much care he took with her and decided to explain to Dr. Morse that she had always had a difficult personality and I just wasn't sure what else I could do to make her feel safe while keeping our other cat. He suggested that she may have been spayed in a bad part of her hormone cycle and prescribed a very small hormonal pill to be taken for 3 weeks. She had her good days and bad days and after three weeks I just held my breath expecting her to turn mean again but no, it has now been three months and Dr. Morse has given me a new cat. Occasionally she'll get cranky still but the VAST majority of the time she is even tempered and *gasp* affectionate!! I'm so grateful for Dr. Morse and all the help he gave us, he has helped us immensely!

Caring! They make you feel like they care about your precious pet! Great follow up.read more

Our family recently had an unfortunate experience with K-9 Kingdom. I am writing a negative review…read moreto share our experience and hopefully prevent others' pets from negligence. We did research before choosing K-9 Kingdom a few years ago and had a few personal recommendations. It seemed like a reputable and safe place to leave our goldendoodle while we were away. We went away for an extended weekend over the 4th of July. The last day of our trip out of state, we received a voicemail from K-9 Kingdom informing us that our goldendoodle had been bit by another dog. We were told that our dog was administered "first aid" and then returned back to group play after a brief separation. We had to request documentation/photo evidence of the bites (which ended up being several punctures and lacerations), we asked them that they take him to the vet next door to get examined by a professional, and we had to demand that they isolate our dog from the other animals for the remainder of his stay. *What should have been a standard protocol for a bite incident, wasn't a consideration for K-9 Kingdom. After cutting the vacation short to urgently return home same day, my husband arrived at the kennel as was shocked to see the condition our dog was in. He is a large goldendoodle with a thick coat, which made it almost impossible to see the extent of his injuries before he went to the vet to get examined/shaved. He had multiple injuries and was clearly scared. There was no apology from the staff, over the phone or in-person at pick up. They failed to properly supervise the dogs and had allowed them to interact without proper precautions or vetting other dogs behavior prior to group play. Most worrisome, they failed to provide proper medical care (until we demanded it), as our dog clearly needed professional medical attention and antibiotics due to the bite(s). While I appreciate them paying for the vet bill (which the owner initially stated was "unnecessary"), it does not change the fact that my dog suffered physically and emotionally because of their negligence on handling the situation. Accidents happen, but how they handled the entire situation and care afterwards was despicable. The kennel's lack of compassion and care for our goldendoodle was inexcusable. Had we not advocated for him (while out of state) to be seen by a professional, further infections could have developed. Had we not requested he be removed from group play, another bite could have occurred. I strongly advice pet owners to think twice before entrusting their beloved furbabies to K-9 Kingdom. We are still having follow up appointments with our current vet to monitor his wounds, continue additional antibiotics, and administer laser treatments to encourage healing, blood flow, and new skin growth. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing and traumatic for us and our dog. I hope that by sharing our story, others may find another kennel where their dog is prioritized and treated as a family member instead of as income for K-9 Kingdom.

We looked into training because of her reactivity to other…read moredogs and we wanted to eventually be able to go on walks with her without her having a meltdown. With her age, we knew training would not be a perfect fix and we just wanted to get to a manageable spot. We found Turning Point Dog Training through a Google search and reached out. Within a day or two (I think it was same day), we got a response from Andrea, one of their dog trainers. Andrea was very accommodating with scheduling as my partner and I both work full time. When we first met with her - we immediately felt comfortable. One thing that I noticed and really appreciated right off is that we were not rushed through an appointment. Andrea took her time with us and we even ended up staying over time. She easily could have said "oh times up" or "I have another appointment". But this showed me that they would take time with our dog. We ended up selecting a 3 week board and train as that is what we felt fit out life best at the moment. Again - we went in with expectations that Maisy may never be perfect, but we wanted manageable. We met up with Andrea for her midway session and then again for a public outing at 3pm in a local park (I never thought I would take Maisy to a busy park with lots of dogs at 3pm), and we were absolutely blown away. It was a night and day difference! Maisy was walking near dogs and not having a full freak out and was able to remain calm. We did have to correct some minor behaviors - but she's still learning and so are we! Those behaviors we corrected though were nothing like anything she did in the past that felt unmanageable. We get Maisy back today from our 3 week board and train and we can't wait to see how it goes integrating what she has learned and what we have learned into our everyday life. I will post another review after a couple of weeks and/or months for an update. But so far, we have had such a great and meaningful experience! Other things we enjoyed: They send daily photo updates so you are never left without seeing your pup! They also have around the clock care and have eyes on your dog almost all the time if not all the time. Maisy was in such good hands.

I have personally used the boarding for my whole crew over a holiday, and daycare numerous times and my dogs love it. I cannot recommend TPDT enough. If you are in Cleveland (or even remotely in the area) they are the best when it comes to training, pack walks, daycare, and boarding.
