I know Gary will likely respond to this with excuses, just as he did throughout our communication, but the facts remain the same. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Gary.After accepting the assignment and receiving payment and all the necessary documents, there was virtually no communication. I received no status updates unless I reached out first, which is not the level of professionalism I expect from a paid process server.After the unsuccessful service attempt, I suggested an alternative way to proceed, but my message was completely ignored. When I later requested the Proof of Non-Service, I again had to follow up multiple times. Gary only responded after I expressed my dissatisfaction and said he would send the document the following day. Several days have now passed, and I still have not received it. For anyone considering working with him, make sure all communication is in writing. Do not rely on phone calls, as you will have no evidence if a dispute arises later. This lack of communication, repeated delays, and failure to provide the required documentation have unnecessarily delayed my case.I hired this service expecting timely communication and professional follow-through. Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase the process server for basic updates and documentation. Ultimately, this service has proven to be completely unreliable and unprofessional. I did not want to write this, but really felt compelled to especially given that it took another…read moreagent less than 24 hrs to do exactly what I hired these guys to do. I felt like, despite ample opportunity to serve my requested documents, they moved with no sense of urgency to get the job done. I read the terms, understood their policies etc and yet still felt they weren't in the business of "process service" especially since it was mentioned several times early on, if they were unable to serve the documents onto the defendant after all attempts I could just file a "declaration of non-service" and ask the court for alternative ways to serve him. Definitely didn't want to have to do that especially since I paid $130 and gave more than 7-days time frame to get it done. On one attempt, I notified them ahead of time that I had confirmation he would not be home, and they knocked and rang the doorbell anyway and counted it as an attempt. I was confused but stayed patient in hopes they would get the job done. Needless to say, they were unsuccessful and ended up filing the Non-service affidavit and I was back at square one after 8 days and $130 short. I hired another individual the next day, and he was served the following afternoon.
