Caroline was so kind in answering my questions and volunteered to check if I had the correct address this time registered with the Secretary of State which I did. Payment is either by Zelle with a bit of savings or credit card. The registered agent was nearby. So it was done in a couple days with the proof of service following a few days later. For an extra fee she will file the SC-104 Proof of Service, or you can do so yourself. If I ever need another process server or any other services Reliable Attorney Services offers, I would choose them without a doubt!

The quality of work here was…read moreincredible, and the server I got ("Vic") both did an initial drive-over to attempt to serve the papers (which he provided photographic evidence of), and then later consulted me and inquired if he could call the person-to-be-served directly to see if he could work something out. He then did in fact do the calling (and provided evidence of this!), and managed to wrangle all the hard work of arranging a service time. Basically I feel like I got "Private Eye" detective level of service here for just regular process serving cost. Super recommended, great communication, and seems to be totally on the ball. So far, I've used four process servers: two were great (including LA Pro Servers), and the other two were hilariously bad. Weirdly, this is also one of the less expensive process servers in the LA / Santa Monica area. Definitely my top pick if I need future service in the area!
