She is so nice friendly and gave me advice on what to do to have the best scans before my appointment. Please follow her directions. I loved seeing my baby. It looked so clear. So my bf called to set up an appointment and the women did all through text gave us a time and on the day of she kept texting and asking if we could come in 40 mins earlier. We couldn't. We got there and it was unprofessional. Long story short we had to come back because the baby wasnt able to be seen. She said sat @1030am we got there in the rain closed! She said she said Sunday! Everyone what was with us said no she said Saturday! Then said she couldn't see us because there was a leak. It was a disaster my family and friends where out in the rain it was awful eventually found somewhere else to go. Top it off she called to inform us she got written up and is paying out of her own pocket since the owner does not do refunds. This was so unprofessional and uncomfortable and unnecessary. Just horrible experience. Update to this insane place! I am to blame according to the owner. Not only am I difficult but apparently they know how I treat my bf and my own mother which I find incredible seeing as they were not in my cross fire. And to be clear! I WASNT ASKING FOR YOU TO BE A SLAVE I never said you didnt offer to reschedule however MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS do not work around your schedule or lack there of due to YOUR mistakes. I had a terrible experience at another local ultrasound location and was determined to find the accurate gender of my child, they made it happen! The attention to detail and care was amazing! Most places print out your images right away but they took the time to find the perfect images and compile the DVD I got! My little one is so excited to become a big brother and we were able to share the experience via amazing photos and video! The service was amazing and the quote I received was same day! Not only did they do that, they also booked me within the same day so it was perfect! Images do depend on YOUR amniotic fluid and baby but they let you know RIGHT AWAY what can possibly happen if that's the case- they give you comparative photos just so you know what to expect should your amniotic fluid not be enough. I really loved this place!! To begin, the associate Marisol responds very quickly and helps set up your appointment as promptly as possible. Next, we have the ultrasound tech Fernando, he is very patient and tries his best to get the best images of your baby that he can get. When they tell you drink a lot of water do just that, DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!! This will help you get the best images possible for your baby. The first time I came to this place I thought I had drank enough water, but didn't because the baby did not have enough fluid to give him enough space to get good pictures of him. He also began to cover his face and turn away. We did get a couple of good pictures though, but I know it would've been a lot more if I would've drank even more water. Fernando emailed me those beautiful pictures, that we were able to capture, that very same day. Luckily, they brought me back for a rescan at no extra cost. The rescan was worse!! Baby was not cooperating at all!!!! He refused to give us a good angle, so this for example is not the ultrasound tech's fault. We realized that we needed to schedule an appointment around the times when the baby is most active. If you know these schedules let them know so they can help give you an appointment around those times. They also tell you not to consume things with a lot of acid and what did I drink earlier that day? Orange juice so baby could be active.... It did not work!!! I feel like it just made the images more blurry, and again this is not the tech's fault. The 2nd scan! Well this time I learned from my previous mistakes. I hydrated all week like crazy!! In fact, I drank a little bit of coffee, and also went a little hungry so the baby could move around more...IT WORKED!! I am not sure if that is the only reason why he was more active, but another contribution may have been that we scheduled the appointment in the after noon like Fernando suggested to catch baby around his most active hours. The baby wasn't only active, but the images were super clear!! This time I did not consume things with a lot of acid either. Baby's father was there and everything was perfect! Well thanks to all this I had the best experience possible. I loved the final images and we received them by email that very same day! Remember it is not just all up to the tech to have the best pictures. There's two other factors; Yourself and the baby. If you follow their suggestions the pictures may come out looking great, but remember the other factor, the baby! Be patient!! Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior from the CEO of this company Fernando. My wife and I initially reached out to them over a month ago on March 1st really excited about the possibility of 3D printing our future child. Being heavily involved in the 3D printing scene here in Los Angeles I was really excited about the possibility about collaborating with these guys to do a sequence of prints of my baby over the span of my wife's pregnancy. They sounded supportive in the first call, then we call back and hear nothing, again... and again for over three weeks... Eventually the only thing that gets them to call back is the mention of a yelp review, and the response is absolutely disgusting. My wife at the time 15 weeks pregnant finally gets called back by the CEO Fernando, and on picking up the phone the first sentence is him screaming threats of legal action that we are trying to steal his business, all over mentioning that we run 3D printers too. This then turned into an hour long scream fest from the owner at my pregnant wife and myself. Absolutely insane rant that I never would have expected to hear from a company that works with expecting mothers, especially not from the OWNER. They're concerned about protecting "trade secrets" how about being concerned about the legal repercussions of harming our unborn baby from the emotional stress of him screaming at my wife for an hour over his paranoia. After finally talking him down a slight bit and getting on the phone with his wife they again acted like they would try to do right by us, but now here we are 3 weeks later and about 10 phone calls later into the process while time is ticking away to get these scans done and again they are ignoring calls after claiming they would need a $400 contract from their lawyer made to protect their trade secrets from us... I'm just done at this point, I will see my baby in person in September forget these guys and their paranoid business practices. Save your money, your sanity, and protect the health of your baby by staying away. read more

I am so pleased with the photos they captured of my baby boy. After the first visit I was dis-heartened because we tried to get any picture we could and after an hour and a half, baby boy was so stubborn and folded on half we had to give up. But on our second visit I had the owner and two sonagram technicians dedicated to getting the photo. They were so kind and we really had fun capturing his sweet face. I highly recommend them. Their software is incredible. I can't wait to get the photos next week. Mommy's, make sure you wear a shirt and pants or shorts or skirt. It was a nice experience my baby didn't want to be seen in the ultrasound and Fernando had the patience to keep trying he even rescheduled me with no extra fees the service is amazing the staff is very nice and friendly. As a pregnant woman I was neglected, yelled at, threatened and insulted multiple times by the owner of this company. I could have left this review way sooner but wanted to give them a chance to do right by me as a client. My husband and I had contacted them 10 times during a 1.5 month neglect to get us an appointment. My very last message stated how we are a company that would never neglect a client for as many phone calls as they have. I told them that I don't want to leave them a 1star review but I need to move forward in this process....actually have the appointment booked that was stated by them they would in multiple phone calls. He called me back right away not to apologize but to yell and threatened to sue my husband and myself for trying to take his business. He wouldn't believe me when I told him we didn't have any intent of doing that. He did go further to say " you aren't my client unless you come in and pay me" Can't happen if I can't get them to book an appointment for me to come in as they are an appointment only business. He then said " I must be faking my pregnancy to steal his business" when I got upset and said how dare you say that I am not pregnant. He said " You only got pregnant to steal my business" that was disgusting to me that anyone would accuse someone of that without even talking to them in person. At this point you think he would stop but no he then continued by saying " I shouldn't have let my husband use me and my pregnancy to steal his business". He had claimed multipul times that I stated from my voicemail that i was stealing his business when in truth I just stated my customer service is way better then his as a business owner. At this point my husband was home and I was getting cramping from the baby due to how horrible I was being treated on the phone. I passed the phone over to my husband and he tried to calm down the situation but this guy was so paranoid with no good reason to be that he escalated it back up again to the point of saying "FUCK YOU" and hanging up on my husband. We had been up front with him from the first phone call on wanting a 3D file to print our baby on our 3D printer. He acted so willing that my husband offered to work together if he wanted to provide clients with 3D prints and he seemed happy about the idea. We kept getting ping ponged between him and his wife with no appointment. Then just no call back at all for a week and a half. At this point they are still stringing us along when we said we would have no problem signing a non compete agreement. They know time is ticking for us as my baby is growing and I find that to be more upsetting. They are so worried about something we wouldn't be able to copy they are stalling with " I need my lawyer to make the $500 contract" then threatening us again by saying they can sue us more for threatening to make them work with us by saying we would leave a 1 star. Truth of the matter is if he didn't treat me so nasty and just apologized saying he just doesn't feel comfortable doing it for us but advising another company to go to who might help us out wouldn't have gotten this unnecessary drama or the final outcome of the 1 star review. Not just that if you look at reviews I post this is my first 1 star so that should tell you something as well. At the end of the day this guy is unprofessional and his wife just goes along with his incorrect treatment of a pregnant woman. My husband would never talk to any woman pregnant or not the way he has. They need to find new professions because this isn't the right area for them. Bad business people blame everyone but themselves. Take that note before calling this company. read more

This place was awesome. My husband and I got a package that was two sessions, I believe 30 minutes each and including other things (stuffed animal with heartbeat, dog tags, DVD). The first session our son was not cooperating at all. Hands in face, foot in face, just general ornery behavior. Fernando (owner? Boss? Not sure) spent close to an hour trying to get good images for us. He told me to get up and walk around outside, tried to get the baby to move around and was overall just super patient. We got some decent images that time. Second time around, I was getting close to being "too far along" and the baby running out of space. They made it a point to get me in asap in hopes that we could get better pictures this time. I drank more water this time around and was really satisfied with the photos. Baby finally cooperated this time, and though he was running out of room in there, we still got really nice photos of him smiling and such. I'm just really happy with the results and would really recommend anyone else go see Fernando! Great experience. read more

Made a last min appt there. I was in traffic and they still accommodated us. Once there they throughly explained how everything works. I am 36 weeks. They told me sometimes it's harder to get an imagine cause lack of fluid between the placenta and the baby. We understood we waited too long but once in the chair they were able to get clear images of my baby boy. We saw him smile , suck on his fingers and then cry (cause he was hungry). They spent a little extra time with us cause we were their last appt of the day. They were very sweet and professional and worked really hard to get us a good image of our baby. Stopped by for my 30 week ultrasound with baby #2 and was pretty pleased with my visit. All staff were very polite and welcoming. We did have an inconvenience during the ultrasound because some of my favorite pictures weren't saved, but I'm happy to say the problem was solved immediately and the ultrasound tech did a great job. A lot cheaper than most other places around there too and quality is way better than others I've visited. read more
