I was worried after seeing the poor ratings and hoping my experience will be okay. Thankfully it was more than okay! When I called to book an appointment, I spoke with a nice staff (forgot her name) and she booked my appointment after checking I was in the system and obtaining my insurance information. After booking, I received a text message to complete some forms prior to my appointment - which took a few quick minutes. Appointment is approaching within a few days, I get a text with address info, my appointment date and time and what my copay will be. Plus, to confirm my appointment. I forgot about this text and they called me later that day for verbal confirmation. The appointment day comes and I have an early 9am morning appointment. The reminder does mention to come 20 minutes earlier. Parking in the morning is okay, but I can imagine it getting full for afternoon appointments. They open at 9, but people are there before 9 because 1st come 1st serve basis for their X-RAYS, etc. but for US it's by appointment, so I was seen right at the dot after checking in. I did have to fill out a form to provide my updated address and also paid for my copay before going in. The US technician was Sage and she was friendly, quick and got me out in 15 minutes. No frills! Overall, a positive experience and I believe they are trying their best to serve their customers to their best of their ability. Imaging centers always have a wait but I'm so glad they honor the services that has appointments scheduled!

At first they asked me to pay $300 dollars in advance for my spouse CT scan though I have coverage by Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I had a CT scan at Calvin Yang Medical Group month ago. They don't ask me to pay anything in advance. I'm waiting for a refund between the final charge and the money I paid in advance. However their billing department told me to wait for 2 months for refund. What's wrong? What's going on...? Why take so long to refund the patient' money?

The space to look around, the cool breeze from the fan and having my boyfriend in the room where I could see him made a world of difference for me. Check-in was easy and timely. The tech and receptionist were both nice, more casual than other offices I've been to but I didn't see that as a negative. I'd recommend this location to anyone that struggles with anxiety and/or claustrophobia.

I offered to fax my referral to her but she said that was unnecessary and told me to contact my doctor instead to see what X-rays I needed( even tho it was all on the sheet)she said she had tried calling my doctor but no one answered her. She cancelled my appointment. I went to my doctor the next day and they said she did call them but she made no sense when she was talking to them. My doctor said that their should of been no issue and he faxed the referral to her. When I was in my doctors office I called again to tell her he had faxed her my referral and to book my appointment. She was very dismissive and didn't really seem to care she made a mistake. If she had allowed me to fax my referral when I asked this wouldn't of happened. The ultra sound technician was amazing. She was sweet and the process went smoothly. That is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. The ultra sound was great it was just the way Vanessa handled the situation.

I came to my appointment today and I have to say that the entire experience was great! Front desk treated me with respect, then the MRI tech Leo, walked me through the process, Yolanda came into the room to assist me and made me comfortable. When everything was done Yolanda explain the process of forwarding my results to my doctor and the time frame this would take. I need to say that everyone was professional, kind and extremely compassionate. The anxiety that comes with this type of medical exams was gone because of this team. Thank you!!!

A very unfortunate experience with booking a CT scan…read more I am willing to self- pay for a CT scan but the reception lady insisted that I need to submit insurance info and, if declined by insurance, then I can self- pay. This went around for about 10 minutes. I then asked if there is a way I can speak to a manager: I am willing to pay for the CT scan out of my own pocket, just want to schedule. I was told the manager is not in on Mondays. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This office put my elderly diabetic mother in law through something completely inexcusable. She…read morewent through the entire colonoscopy prep, drinking the full solution, spending the night in the bathroom, not eating, managing her diabetes around a procedure that was apparently already cancelled. Nobody called. Nobody sent a message. We found out when we showed up. For a diabetic senior, skipping meals and doing a full bowel prep without proper food or medication management is genuinely dangerous. Blood sugar can drop to critical levels. This is not something you do to someone and shrug about when they walk through the door. When we said something, the receptionist got defensive and rude instead of showing any accountability or basic decency. Not even an apology. Do not trust this office with an elderly or medically vulnerable family member. A simple phone call was all it took and they couldn't manage that.

I'll start off by saying the building is located in the front of White memorial hospital so it is super easy to find and parking is great and easy but you do need to pay and they do not validate (Bummer) but I was out within 1 1/2 hours so I wasn't really tripping on payment. The imaging center is super clean and very pleasant as you enter. You are greeted by the receptionist which are always very professional and courteous. So now that you know about the imaging center let me tell you about Scott the imaging technician that was doing my MRI. He is thee best and I mean thee best technician I have ever met in my life. He made me feel so comfortable and asked questions about my injury. He was so easy to talk to he made you feel like you were the only person that he had to deal with that whole day and by me saying that you could tell he loved his job and he would go out of his way for any patient he may have, his smile to his appearance and through the way he talked was remarkable and definitely he made an impression that I even asked to speak to the manager to commend on how great and how helpful he was. I don't usually do that but for Scott he definitely needed to be recognized. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
