On our first visit, our little one wasn't cooperating, but the staff quickly offered to reschedule us for another appointment at no extra charge. Both technicians were fantastic -- incredibly patient, kind, and professional. The second time around, our tech Julia went above and beyond, trying everything possible to get the baby to show off. It was so cool to finally see those clear images! We'll definitely be coming back for our next baby. I'm very disappointed with the service I received yesterday. This was my fourth time returning for my second child, and unfortunately it will be my last. The appointment was created because at 18 weeks, the ultrasound technician was unable to get clear pictures of my daughter. Returning for another visit, the same issue happened again. On top of that, from the very beginning we were treated with rude and dull remarks. I should have addressed it immediately, but I was hoping the attitude would improve -- unfortunately, it did not. The ultrasound technician had an unpleasant attitude throughout the appointment. During the ultrasound, she repeatedly jabbed my stomach and constantly asked me to roll side to side. From what I could see on the screen, she was getting clear pictures, so I was confused when the final photos I received were mostly blobs or unclear images. Out of the four photos provided, I only liked two. The front desk staff were also extremely rude. When I was checking out, I wanted to purchase a plush with my daughter's heartbeat, but another rude remark from the receptionist completely turned me off from continuing with the purchase. It also seemed very unprofessional that the receptionist and ultrasound technician left together and immediately called the store afterward. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand people can get tired or busy, but that is not an excuse to treat customers poorly -- especially in a customer service business. Whenever the doctor is present, we are normally greeted with smiles and positive energy, which makes this experience stand out even more negatively. I'm sad to say I will not be returning. I also brought a lot of business and referrals to this location, but after this experience I will no longer be recommending your services. My second visit at Maternity Imaging was a success! When I first found this place, I was really excited about the opportunity to see my baby. My first appointment wasn't the greatest experience, which is why I took off a star. The first ultrasound tech I had seemed a bit discouraging from the start. I came in at 30 weeks, and she immediately expressed doubt about being able to get good pictures because I was already pretty far along. I tried to stay positive, but her attitude made it hard to feel hopeful. During the ultrasound, my baby was hiding her face, which of course isn't the tech's fault. However, what did make the experience uncomfortable was that she kept yawning very noticeably throughout the appointment. I completely understand being tired, but the constant large yawns made the experience feel a little awkward. I also felt like my questions may have annoyed her. I asked twice where my baby's head was, and her response made me feel like I was bothering her. That said, I was very grateful that they offer a second chance appointment. I came back today, and this time my experience was wonderful. The new ultrasound tech was incredibly sweet, gentle, and patient. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her proper credit. My baby was still a little stubborn and hiding at times, but the tech stayed positive and patient throughout the whole session. Because of her kindness and effort, we were able to get some great pictures and videos of my baby. read more

From the first moment I called to gather more information about their packages and availability the girl I spoke to was very nice and informative. Disappointed in my experience here. The ultrasound tech was extremely aggressive. My baby had her hand in her face for the 3d photo and the tech kept jabbing my stomach so hard to try to move her hand. the tech was very aggressive overall and even though they let me come back a second time and we still didnt get the photos , her suggestions of moving my baby were just hitting my stomach. I later learned when I went to another ultrasound clinic that I should have said no to her jabbing my stomach. The other place just asked me to do natural things like squats to get her moving. I visited whilst on vacation from London. Although I waited half hour for my appointment to start the staff were very helpful. They let me go away a few times to get baby to move into a better position to capture the best photo as I was flying home two days later. The photos were very special and it was great to pay the extra for the approx weight of baby to give me piece of mind and a second opinion to my midwife back home in London. I was very excited to see baby, but I left feeling uncomfortable and rushed. When we got there the woman in the front gave weird energy. We went in for the ultrasound and the images were not good just looked blurry. Not sure if it was the tech that seemed to be new or the machine is outdated. I know sometimes the baby won't let you see them but that was not the case. It was very uncomfortable having the woman in the front coming in and out the room. No privacy. I've been to other ultrasound places and I always had a happy experience but here it just felt awkward and off. Don't waste your money here, just go somewhere else. read more
