No thanks! We wanted a more personal experience and got that with Dr. Choi. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and patient. She wants the best results but knows the patient must be onboard to achieve that. She talks directly to the patient and lets them know her expectations of their responsibility in having braces. I have a built in retainer and they were charging $80 per tooth to fix which was a GOOD deal I thought until I was proven otherwise. I have had to get this retainer fixed over 2-3 times now since I started seeing them. Last time I saw them it was in August 2024, the prices were still the same ... $80 a tooth. NOW I'm apparently a "new patient" and they want to charge me $450 to fix one tooth. How am I a new patient if you've seen me before and have my file in your hand? The lady I spoke to on the phone last week told me it was around that price still $75-80 but today they told me "we increased our prices since then". That's outrageous. They don't care to help, they just want more money it seems.

After all this time, I have been going to my appointment and didn't missed once and they told me that I have to pay a fee of $50 for those times I missed. I told them, no thanks, I'll go somewhere else that have more empathy to working nurses that prone to get sick every now and then. My kiddo is on my insurance and we both are PPO and my mom is on medicare. We will take our business elsewhere with empathy and understanding. If you have PPO, they will treat you better than if you have state insurance. Be warn!

They said the x-rays were special, different from what we got done at the regular dentist. The X-ray looked exactly the same as the ones we already had at the regular dentist. If there was any additional information obtained they did not make that clear. They also took a dozen photos of my child which seemed to serve zero purpose, they didn't even comment on them. It felt like a dog and pony show to get us hooked on the idea my child needed orthodontia. ------- Thomas Your office certainly did not take ANY time to carefully analyze or measure anything in my child's X-rays. While you may need them prior to beginning work, they were completely unnecessary to give a broad assessment as requested. Your "free" X-rays are not free. The waste of an appointment took a large chunk of my time. Your office was closed and locked until after my appointment time and there were no chairs in the hallway. Your assistant was rude to myself and my children making the entire experience feel scary and gross. Lastly, I requested those X-rays AT the appointment and was not given anything. I feel you use your "free" consultations as a way of making patients feel they've already sunk the costs of, their time and having you irradiate their kids, into you and thereafter feel they have to move forward.
