Kelly and Sienna are my heroes!! They saved me from a very painful experience caused by lashes that were applied at another local salon. The owner of the other salon was not responsive to the pain I was experiencing and focused instead on the fact that I was also unhappy with the aesthetics of my lashes. Despite requesting a lash removal ASAP due to the pain, the soonest the other salon would see me was 1pm. Kelly came to my rescue immediately!! I had an appointment at her salon within 10 minutes of my very emotional phone call. She and Sienna spent more than 3 hours carefully removing the lashes, which were completely stuck together at the base, attached too low on my natural lashes and to the skin under my eyelid. Each time I blinked, I would experience extremely painful pulling, poking, and burning sensation in my eyes. They were so incredibly sweet and gentle during the appointment. After years of frustration and disappointment, I feel compelled to share my experience. I had been a client of Kelly's for over four years, trusting her with my eyebrows--a decision I deeply regret. Throughout my time with her, Kelly repeatedly had me in for unnecessary touch-ups when I wasn't pleased with the outcome of my eyebrows. Rather than guiding me through the natural healing process or explaining what to expect with my brows, she would have me come in under the pretense of needing further work, even going so far as to pretend to microblade my eyebrows. She charged me for these unnecessary sessions. At first, I had my suspicions, but it wasn't until another staff member privately informed me of what was really happening that my fears were confirmed. Shockingly, Kelly had disclosed to this staff member that she was charging me for work she wasn't doing, while also gossiping about personal stories I had shared with her during our sessions--stories I had trusted her to keep confidential. It's clear now that she saw me as an easy target, knowing I was a loyal client who tipped generously. Instead of valuing me as a client, she took full advantage, treating me like a walking ATM. Kelly's business relies on word of mouth because her work wouldn't hold up to scrutiny on social media. She avoids posting any healed or "after" photos of her tattoos, likely because the flaws in her technique would be obvious. Fast forward to today, and I'm left with devastating results. My eyebrows are discolored--an unnatural mix of salmon and gray. A doctor has informed me that the salmon color may never fully fade from my skin. I've already spent hundreds of dollars on painful manual removal procedures, which have left me with scar tissue because Kelly's work was too deep. Now, I have no choice but to explore laser removal options with a dermatologist, as the manual approach isn't resolving the issue. Kelly uses an outdated microblading method that has caused me significant, permanent damage. When I first started seeing her, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I can only hope that sharing my experience will warn others about the risks involved with choosing Kelly for their eyebrow needs. Where do I begin? First off, this is my second review of Prodigo in almost 5 years. I moved to Harleysville in 2016, needing to find a spa that was a one stop shop and insisted on a quality job. I like the fact I don't need to go to multiple places for facials, hair, lashes, permanent makeup or their touch ups. Secondly, there have been a lot of changes with this day spa over the years. These changes were absolutely all for the best and all handled with a grace and class rarely seen these days. The staff is guided by a woman that truly wants perfection for her clientele. This is why I made the commitment to travel from Florida (Moved May 2021) every few months to continue my permanent makeup, touch ups and hair. Let me just start by saying Kelly is an absolutely BRILLIANT artist! I had my first microblading session yesterday and am so happy I trusted my brows to her. I am completely thrilled with the results (of course they will change as they heal, but the 4 week touch up is included in the price of the initial microblading cost). She was incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process and even let me bring a girlfriend into the room who is also interested in this service. She answered all of our questions and then some and I left the salon feeling like it was the best money I've ever spent. If you want a pro handling your brows, Kelly is it!! The salon is clean and beautiful and the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. I have been researching places for microblading for months and finally landed at Prodigo on recommendation from a family member (who had microblading and powder brows done by Kelly as well). This place is so beautifully decorated and full of welcoming people . I had a great experience with Vanessa . I went to get my eyebrows microbladed as I've been curious about it for so long. Vanessa is wonderful And makes you feel comfortable . She explains the process in detail so I understood every step and the yearlong process. Im extremely disappointed. I received a gift card back when I was far too young to use it comfortably at this spa. When I finally was able to use it, I called and had the balance checked and they told me it was expired because it was not used within 5 years and will not able to be used. She said "our lawyer says we don't need to accept it". What a great business practice. (That's sarcastic if you can't tell) The card says on the back "this card does not expire". Even if business owners change... it's bad practice to bring up a lawyer and not even offer any other compensation. That's $80 down the drain! I wanted to get my first appointment using this card because I did not want to drop such a large money for my first time at a new salon. I usually like to try out the salon before committing to it because I have had a lot of bad experiences. This tells me I don't want to give this place a chance because, what a joke. read more

I slept on this to make sure I still felt this way, and I do. This place does not care about their customer base whatsoever. My mother and I have been going to prodigo for easily a decade. A while back I bought a gift card for "2 signature facials" for us to use together one day as a gift. My mother passed away recently, and my dad found the unused card among her things and told me to use it, because my mom would have wanted me to treat myself even if she couldn't be there. They refused to honor the gift card, saying it was too old, even though the card has printed clearly on the back "THIS CARD DOES NOT EXPIRE." They offered me nothing in return other than a half hearted sorry, and did nothing to try to make the situation right. There was likely a few hundred dollars on there. I was shocked and so uncomfortable I just left without putting up a fight, and ended up sitting in my car in their parking lot crying and calling my dad to tell him what happened. What a sh-t way for a day, just a few days after my first mothers day and my first birthday without my mom, to end up. I definitely won't be back. My dad and brother want me to keep fighting for that money but I just can't handle that stress knowing what the card was originally intended for - a fun day with my mom. Stay away from this place, or you might end up crying in the car in their parking lot afterwards and no one inside will care. read more

Went here for a prenatal massage today. They were very nice, but it was the most unsatisfying massage I've ever had. I get massages really frequently, pregnant or not. In my first pregnancy I got them monthly or more because my back hurt all. the. time. I will say that I prefer a lot of pressure in general, so maybe I'm an outlier there. But this massage was literally just someone gently rubbing lotion on me for half an hour. It was actually a 75min massage but I didn't even last half that time before I called it quits. I tried to ask for more pressure repeatedly and it only very marginally increased. Finally the therapist told me it just wasn't possible to give me more pressure. At that point, we agreed it wasn't working out and amicably called it a day. The salon didn't charge me, and I have no problem with them or actually even with the masseuse. But I know for a fact that you can and do get decent pressure in preggo massages at other local (Doylestown, Blue Bell) salons. The only thing that really bothers me is that I finally had two hours all to myself and I totally wasted it here. read more

I have been to Prodigo twice; one for dermaplaning and one for microneedling. Both of my treatments were amazing with Kelly! As soon as I walk in, I feel and know that my skin is in the best possible care. Kelly looks at my skin, sees what needs to be done, and works wonders. I also trust Kelly; she knows what she is doing and really knows skincare. I can't say enough about how wonderful this salon/spa is! This is a super high priced spa!!! I was given a gift card for a massage, mani and pedi from my hub y for my birthday. So I made an appt to get pampered. The staff was so kind and the spa itself was very nice. I enjoyed my massage but have had better at other places. Same with the mani and pedi. Again... my massage therapist and my nail technician were wonderful. I was shocked when I was told I owed an additional $55! I didn't get any other services and was shocked that prices were so high. I had a facial and a massage last week at this establishment. Unfortunately it was not relaxing at all. They did not offer you an opportunity to change into a robe, so I had to dress and undress twice as I was moved from room to room. When I had the message two woman stood outside my room and talked loudly non stop. Unfortunately you were not able to relax. The girl that did my massage did apologize because it was so bad. She told the front desk and they did not care. The facial was fine but not as relaxing of an experience as I have had at other spas. Very unfortunate experience. read more

I have had 3 facials and 2 dermaplaning sessions with Sandy and each one has been wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and has recommended products that would be good for my skin, but has not been pushy about me buying anything which is a plus. The facial itself is very relaxing. Honestly I have enjoyed the facials more than any massage I've ever gotten. The dermaplaning has helped remove the peach fuzz and reduce scarring/sun spots on my face. My makeup also goes on much better afterwards. The hair grows back exactly how it was before - not any darker or thicker - which was a worry of mine beforehand. The salon is also calming and everyone working there is super friendly.
