We decided to contact Rhino Cubes Media for my daughter's Sweet 16 event because we loved the DJ's music, his vibe! It was everything! We booked with Rhino Cubes, we chose our package. We paid everything in full and communicated through text messages, calls and emails. At the end, we decided for some add ons which I will be honest.. if I would've known, i would've saved myself trouble with the venue (Crystal Ballroom Clearwater, Check out their review also) and not chosen it. Yes, Mr. Hernandez, owner of Rhino Cubes media did everything possible to accommodate and make us happy. The full effect of Dancing on the cloud wasn't how we wanted and expected but that was an issue with the venue. We also didn't get to use the Photo Booth since there was issues with the venue and their electrical box, the photo booth was paid, not used and shut down EARLY in the party. (I did lose that money. As client, the venue did not respond to it, nor has respond to the review either) I did contact Mr. Hernandez by email (a month later) apologizing because I felt bad even though it was the venue. My daughter's wedding was delayed 1 1/2 hours due to the negligence of this decorator. Fortunately, we did not allow it to ruin her special day. I did not want my daughter and her wedding party to walk without a bouquet, thus, we delayed. Grand Plaza really stepped up to decorate the arch for the ceremony as the decorator did not return. The hotel expressed concerns over the decorator at 4:30pm. The decorator left the ceremony site at 1:30pm and returned at 7:00 pm for a ceremony scheduled at 6:30pm. Our guests were moved to a holding area. The musicians left due to being out of time. She was not competent enough to deliver florals that arrived to her address completely arranged Friday morning for a Sunday evening ceremony. She may have used my daughter's florals for another event as they arrived in vases and she mentioned she had an earlier event on Sunday. She lacks integrity, she's mouthy, unprofessional and full of game. She is "Straight out of Compton" (ghetto). She was paid in full prior to the wedding day. She brought white linens instead of ivory claiming no one had ivory available and I was never advised. I called several places Monday morning in Tampa and they all confirmed stock on ivory linens. Please contact me as I can show you receipts and a complete timeline of her negligence. I have been in business for 23 years and have an excellent reputation and I have not seen anything close to what this decorator exhibits. Sadly, she never apologized. I personally purchased 5000 rose petals for the ceremony and this is what she delivered. See pic.. The table cloths were purchased and delivered to her home. She opened and put them directly on the table wrinkle and not steamed (zoom in on the photos to see her lack of concern for detail. Her drapes were not properly centered. She does not operate out of excellence! Sadly, she never apologized. The hotel staff and event planners are disgusted by her as she did not accept responsibility for anything. What a Bomb! She said she bent over backwards for me. Well, I only paid approximatwl $3000 and she couldn't do as much as show up on time. I did not receive all that I paid for.
