This is a damn company that should have no stars unless you give them a star for breathing. Seth Hersberger, atcame out January 20 to sell us a heating and cooling system, he sold us a Rheem but they brought us a Ruud and swore up and down that it's the same system and like an idiot I believed him. This was the same day that they brought the unit and a crew to install the system and I should have known there was something wrong, approximately 10 man crew was here for the installation. All day and they couldn't finish the job and my family and myself was left in 9 degree weather overnight another crew member came the next day, he wasn't part of the 5 man crew that was in the attic, he told me that the heating system had a defective part that had to be replaced, when the part came back the crew in the attic still couldn't install it and got in a big hurry to go to Home Depot for another part and broke a water line that runs to our Den restroom and flooded the restroom. I was sick of these clowns and wanted them off my property before things got really ugly.AirServe sent a crew to our house for training, they sent 2 others to replace that 5 man crew in the attic, they appeared to be more experienced, but we had 10 more service calls to fix this 10 stooges melee and it still wasn't complete. Approximately 2 months it got warm and the air conditioner was not working we were told that there must be a leak by 4 different technicians from Aire Serv with no proof that there was a leak. I wish these people would go out of business and I'm getting angrier again as I write this, all buyers beware.

service was requested through my property management company due to a stoppage affecting laundry…read moreline and kitchen line , tech came out did not disturb plumbing nor cleanout under kitchen sink ,tech cleared stoppage through laundry box overflow after clearing. very small amount of water came up through overflow , tech asked if I had issue in past I replied not in the 3+ yrs I have been living here ,per tech not sure what caused clog but stated could be from laundry residue build up from over time which is normal wear and tear , however property management company reach out stating tech reported a LIE stating that stoppage was due to grease build up and now I am being charged for a LIE, I spoke with Aaliyah with red king plumbing to confirm if wrong report was submitted based on what I was told per PM company I explained to her how it was cleared & that tech did not disturb kitchen plumbing nor clean out under sink asked if cleared grease and only thing came up was a little water how did he come up wit grease she stated she did not have the report of diag at time of call but would speak with tech to verify verbiage used when report was submitted but assured me she would correct making PM company aware no neglect on my behalf ,however per PM company states plumbing company told them verbally no invoice to support there diag or how he cleared a grease clog only verbal communication tech stated was grease and he cleared grease clog from laundry overflow box the same box that only water came up,I know it's hard times but lying on a tenant insinuating that I am misusing or abusing the property for monetary gain because contracted with a PM company is wrong and says a lot about the companies integrity. I have requested PM company never send this company if service should be needed in the future
