They do a good job of cleaning the outside of the car. You have to use the vacuums on the side to do your own inside floors and seats. Not to mention wipe down your own dashboard. The wash is typical of the area and does a good job of getting all the grime off. They wipe down or dry your car by hand. Not expensive for what you get and the service is good. When this place first opened it wasn't bad - the staff was friendly and they seemed eager to provide good customer service. In fact I liked it enough to subscribe to their monthly unlimited washes opting for the "Ultimate Wash" package. I've noticed a decline in their level of customer service over the past few months. For example on one visit I asked if there was anything that could be done to help remove brake dust from my rims and was told, "well there's stuff we can spray on it, but I don't know where it is." On further visits, the car wasn't dried well or soaps/foams within the car wash seemed to be low (not covering the car as much as normal). My most recent visit helped make my decision not to return. Going through the wash I noticed a louder that normal noise. Upon leaving I went to the back of the car where I'd heard the noise and noticed that my rear wiper was missing from the car. I immediately returned to retrieve the wiper and the staff offered to put it back on for me (they should right?). Being unable to fix it, I was told that I should go to an auto parts store who could "probably fix it in two seconds, because I have no idea how to fix it". Again on this visit the car was not dried and the rims still dirty even though they promote a high pressure wheel cleaner. Overall they're not terrible for the price you pay ($18 for an ultimate wash or $45.84 monthly) but I'd make sure all of the parts are on your car when leaving and maybe in the future consider going a little further east or west on 46 for another car wash option. read more

I went there in February of 2022 and I'll tell you right now, it's definitely not worth it. I paid for the most expensive membership plan and they still didn't wash the under part of my car. And when I was pulling in, the worker there (a young African American) was very rude. I greeted him and clearly in anger, he told me to put my car in neutral. Like no hello at least? Nope. Then to make it worse, my tow hook license plate holder was completely bent after the wash and don't even get me started on the drying. Literally when I got home, I noticed that my bumper had dry soup on it like really? It's not that hard. Bad service and horrible work ethic? Nah I won't be back. read more

They keep the line moving, which definitely diverts your attention from the fact that it'll take ~15 minutes to be in and out of there. Prices are reasonable for the area: $12 for a wash including the undertow, $15 gets you that plus tire and wax treatment, and more money gets you things that you probably don't need. The driers swarm over your car and are done in what feels like less than 2 minutes. Everyone working there seems nice. It's a little hard to find the first time. It was the worst exterior car wash I ever had. They did not even do a quick spray down to loosen surface dust and dirt on the car and rims before the full wash. The people that did the towel drying were the laziest I ever saw. The car was left streaked and dappled with water spots all over and the rims remained dirty. read more

After my first review I appreciate the free voucher for a car wash. My SUV came out much cleaner than the first time. I am happy with the way it came out. I also appreciate them giving out towels to dry off my truck since there was no one to dry it off because of coronavirus. I will bring my own tire shine for a glossier look that I'm used to. Haven't been here since it was renovated and I'm beyond impressed with how quick and easy that was. Just wanted to add I continue to bring my Q3 back here and it's awesome. So easy and convenient even though I've since moved to Morristown I only go here to get my car washed. On a Saturday the guy who helps you in the beginning gave me $3 off the ultimate wash and unfortunately it rained later that day so they gave me a free one since I saved my receipt. Honestly I don't like taking my car to a car wash where they go inside anyway bc I always have my laptop, expensive sunglasses and other stuff in there so I don't mind wiping down the inside myself and this place has the vacuums to the right before you drive in which is perfect. So... Only 4 stars because they don't do interiors. I was already in line and ready to go so the guy was nice enough to put my car through "on the house" because I wasn't just looking for an exterior wash. They did a great job, but I have kids and always needs the inside done as well. Hope this works out for the owners as an exterior wash only place. read more

The guys here are super nice! They are very friendly towards my kids when they are in the car with me.The ultimate wash itself is pretty cool because they light up the soaps/water etc and the kids get so super excited. They are running a summer wash deal and they give you 4 quarters for a 5 minute vacuum with every wash. Another reviewer mentioned wanting the car to be towel dried and they have started doing so. Very thorough! Today, when we went through I had lost a car magnet and guy ran in and retrieved it for me right away (while the wash was still running!) I've had other places tell me losing magnets on my car "happens" and wouldn't look for it. :-/ Lastly, In talking with one of the guys, they are looking to installing more lights and having night washes (sounds cool!), and doing a "haunted car wash" in October (a kid friendly one and a super scary one). Thank you for your response. I'm not sure what you are suggesting about being satisfied. Since this is a stay-in-car Car Wash, was I supposed to get out and inspect the quality before driving away? I live 20 minutes from the car wash. I have a car wash across the street from where I live, and another I pass every day on the way to work. The only reason I would go so far out of my way to return to your car wash is because of exceptional service. I was there on June 16th, right after lunch. My car is the silver Chrysler 300. This is a great and simple carwash. I got the Ultimate today. Quick and efficient, they let you pick what you want for your car, and you can pay with cash or credit. I was in, out, and on my way in 5 minutes, and they managed to make my car look super clean again! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the tire wash didn't get all the grime off my wheels so I had to wipe them clean when I got home. read more

Quick in-and-out exterior car wash. No interior services, but if you're looking for a clean wash on the outside, this place has reasonable prices. Only issue was tire shine. It didn't cover the whole tire on my truck, but I also forgot to tell them not to use it so that's on me. Machines never shine tires as well as people. read more

Defiantly a fan of the new wash. I hated the big tub due to their rudeness. The streamline is a fun experience and a new "show" of a car wash. The interior provides an entertainment and a decent wash for the price. Price seemed about average, and they offer a monthly pay once and go as much as needed. Stay away from Streamline! If you decide to go here make sure you photograph your vehicle prior to EACH wash. I'm from the Chicago area and after a 12 hour drive to New Jersey to visit a friend of mine, my car desperately needed a wash. I didn't want to spend too much money but still was nervous taking my car through a drive through wash as my car (2014 Mustang) is my baby and I try to keep it nice! However after reading other reviews I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did! My car came out clean and had no swirls, scratches, etc... Like most drive through washes can leave paint with. The wash was a great "bang for your buck" and the staff is incredibly sweet and courteous, willing to go above and beyond for you. And they even do a towel dry at the end! read more

This is a great place for a thorough and efficient carwash. The basic wash is only $8.00 and they do a great job. Pierre even let me go through a second time as a courtesy because there were some very minor stains that were still showing on my white car after the first time going through (my fault for not washing it as frequently as I should!). Both times I have been there to vacuum my car I have had a terrible experience First was one I tried to get change from the attendant and he was nowhere to be found. I could have understood if he was busy and had a line of cars to be watched but there was not a car in sight. Second was when I pulled up to vacuum my car again this time fully prepared with change and the vacuum nozzle Separating from the hose when trying to get the attendant attention he simply walked away when I said excuse me. So not only did I waste my money on a vacuum that did not work they lost a customer who vacuums their car 2 times a week !!! read more

My experience has been very good. The old car wash that used to be there was in pitiful shape. The new owner Troy is very hands-on with his new business. The carwash has been re-tooled with new equipment and you get a good car wash. Both my husband and I purchased a monthly pass for both of our cars and get our cars washed whenever we feel like it. Troy gave us a five dollar discount each month because we have multiple cars and purchased two plans He actually emailed me and told me he was going to do this. That's how caring he is about his new business - very customer oriented. We will probably have the cleanest cars on the road this winter! It's nice to see the new owners take pride. read more

Got the ultimate on my slightly dirty 2017 Ram 2500. Went through the entire wash thinking I'm glad I got the highest package. Let the guys wipe it down and do the tires. Got home to look at my truck to still see much of the same dirt was still on it. I think many of the reviews on here are from friends and family trying to bump it up. A friend from work got the basic wash and it looked just as half ass as mine but I figured it was because he got the cheapest one. Think I'll continue looking for a different car wash place or word of advice, get out and look at the car before you leave. I was at this car wash a couple of weekends ago. When I got there I had to sit through a small line which I had no problem with. The man in the front greeted me nicely and going through the wash was also very nice. When I came out of the tunnel there were 4 young men standing around with towels to dry me off. It took them a minute or two and then they sent me away with a thumbs up. When I got home I wanted to see how this car wash treated my car, because every other local wash doesn't do to great. Rims looked shiny, windows were clean, car looked nice. Until I walked around the the passenger side and noticed almost nothing was done. I'm not sure how I didn't notice my mirror wet on the ride home but looks like the mirror wasn't acknowledged at all. I've been trying to find a good carwash. So I went the next day to see if the same result would happen. When I got to the wash I was more observant of how the drying process went. It was busier than the day before so there were more cars at the exit. As I pulled up next to the guys I noticed that they were working at a fast pace around the car and that they each had there own park of the car. As they came to my car I tipped them then rolled up the window. While there were three people on my car there was one young man just standing there looking around whipping his hands for some reason. Later on I got home and inspected my car, everything came out fine. Next time I came it was during a slow week day, car came out nice again. After that I consistently started to come on the weekends because other than the time that the man was just standing there my car has been clean......but I guess I thought to quick. I've had/seen the same and different problems every time I come here, causing me to never come again. Let me start with I've noticed that while other dryers are struggling to go car to car an employee will be sitting there on his phone. I've noticed that an employee will forget to take the tape of cars, finish the back of cars, do the mirrors of cars, and in general give effort to finish a car. This employee is the same one from one of my first experiences here where he was just standing there. Every time I've been here this employee has had blue shorts and blue shoes on. There's been some other times where other employee will make a mistake or two but no where to the extent of this one, for this employee in the blue shorts to consistently do this to only my car, I'm under the assumption that he really doesn't do his job correctly and that I'm not the only car this happens too. Ending off I won't be come back here ever again especially after my very last visit where I saw him blow his nose into one of the towels...... read more

This was the first time I visited. I was surprised to find that you drive your car through yourself. Everywhere else I've been they do it for you. But no big deal. It was actually fun. I picked the Ultimate wash which did a good job. My only issue was that there is no package to clean the inside especially the mats.
