Inside looked great but outside there were some spots missed. Towel swirl marks on one side of the car and a couple of windows that were not cleaned completely. Plus beware if you have an older car because their process can magnify any paint issues. which they do not tell you about. I do not think the job that was done was worth the price of $280. read more

Brought my work truck with 80,000 miles Into get a full detail . I work in masonry my truck was filled with ,sand, dust debris and typical work truck it was filthy . I called 2 days before needing my car to be detailed and had very limited availability time wise. The guys were so accommodating and squeezed me in around the time that worked for me. I didn't expect a superb job because I asked them to get it done in a hurry. I was Just looking for a quick clean. To my surprise, my vehicle came out like it was stepping off the showroom floor. I brought my poor Pacifica in after a tragedy involving a full unopened bottle of wine getting loose in the trunk. I tried to clean it myself but suffice to say - we needed expert help. The lovely humans at PAD got me in on a weekend, and in about 5 hours I had a perfect vehicle back. I just had my car done here today. it was my first time to the shop. They were so professional and nice on the phone, I had a good feeling about the place. After a winter of ski boots, snow boots, parking lot salt and mud, pebbles, dirt (you get the idea!)....my car needed a lot of attention. They called and texted when it was ready that afternoon. I hardly recognized my car. It was like brand new!! Clean looking, smelling and not a 'detail' that they missed. I am thrilled and would highly recommend them. Quality service and people. I called to make an appointment when they were closed and did not receive a call back for 2 days. I called again to make an appointment. They asked us to arrive at 8 am and there was no employee there until 830. Not good to leave customers sitting around for 30 minutes. When we got the car back they did not clean the inside of the windows. The rest of the car was done very well. read more

Best Detailing service I have ever used ! I have been using them for over 5 years, and have had at least 10 "full service" detail jobs. The full service includes every thing you can imagine, every crack cleaned , every piece of glass, every rug , carpet, leather, wood, seat, wheels , engine , trunk, door jambs, ....... Etc. and a very nice wax coating to finish off the job I just had one of my cars done yesterday , and the thing looks brand new, even though is 10 yrs old. I have used many other services in the area over the last 20 years and nobody compares to these guys. They have a menu on the wall, describing their different levels of service starting with a wash a and interior Vacume for around $25 to the full service I received at $150 They operate out of a large service bay that's not visible from the street (East Central st ( also known as rt140)) the front part of the building you can see is occupied by "Hair designs by Helene and company" It's not a huge operation, usually 3 guys working, but there small parking lot is always full of that days cars. I am shocked this place only has one review. After reading it, I too opted for the full detail and could not believe what a great job they did. I was so happy, my car is a bet messy so I made another appointment for another full detail. At $150, you cant go wrong. Love this place! read more
