Don't spend money on tire shine! They claim it goes on in the car wash. Tires came out looking the same way they did before they went in. Tire shine needs to be put on after exiting the wash. Just came back from Franklin car wash and had to write a review. The young man with the curly hair who took my "order" was wonderful - he had a smile on his face, he looked me in the eye, and genuinely conveyed care and kindness. He and his colleague did a stupendous job of prepping my car before I even went into the car wash. NOTE: this was 20 minutes before closing time and I still received that wonderful fresh and warm welcome and thorough prepping! I purchased the top of the line ceramic finish car wash for $30 and I'll tell you the car looks like it's almost brand new - the finish looks great, shiny tires, clean hub caps and my SUV was fully dried...not a spot was missed. The two who dried my car were smiling and energetic (again 20 minutes before closing time) and when I wished them a Happy Valentine's Day, they just beamed. This is my favorite car wash!! It is hard to find a car wash that hand dries your car. Granted you have to buy the Ultra wash which is $25. Now it is more than some other car wash places however, the service here is second to none. It is the only car wash I go to. Like I said, the hand dry and tire shine is worth the money. I think this one is a little more expensive, but they do brush off the front and sides of the car, and they will dry the windows afterwards. I find this car wash to be very overpriced for the services provided. I purchased the $15 wash today and you go through the wash for about 20 seconds total. There is no way the wash is doing a detailed job at all for length of time. I could have easily done a better job myself and saved the money. When I came out, the staff that dries your car takes about 5 seconds and sends you on your way. They also use dirty towels to dry your car and, for this price, they could at least use a clean towel. Everyone that works here is very rude and abrasive. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this laughable establishment. read more

Car wash is good, not exceptional could use some modern updating. The hand towel dry definitely helps and I would highly recommend forking over the money for a good tip to the girls and they will definitely do a good job of making sure there's no streaks. Where the kudos definitely come in is the Gold Detailing treatment. I am extremely OCD about how I want my vehicles detailed and rarely fork over money for it unless it gets really dirty but these guys definitely changed that. They took my Xterra from rough just went camping shape to brand new in a couple hours, much better than I could have done myself even with a full day! I will definitely be taking my vehicles there frequently now A+ to these guys read more

They did a great job cleaning my car but when I got home I realized my weather tech car mats for the back seat were not in the trunk like they said. I had to call several times before getting a final answer. They had no idea where they went and the manager said he would buy me new ones and would let me know when they came in... it's now been a few months and still haven't received any information on it. I would have surely given a 5 star for the exterior wash as I am a returning customer after having exterior wash earlier but after having super cleaning and spending 45 bucks (which there brochure never stated and we were assuming 35 bucks only) I was sheer disappointed the cleaning was done in less then 15 mins and not at all through one could easily see the water spots and the brake pedals were still dirty! Please rather go for self cleaning which is still worth spending or the exterior car wash for 10 bucks. read more

They did a really nice job. I had an Express detail done and my car was sparkling when I picked it up. The guys were friendly and professional. They charged me an extra $5 due to the amount of dog hair in the back of my car which I find totally reasonable. The only negative was that I made an appointment for the express detail and it was supposed to be done in 30 minutes. The guy told me to leave the car and come back in 2 hours. I ended up being able to get a ride, but I had my dog with me and it could've been an issue. Anyways, I would go back, but maybe it's arrange for a ride first. read more
