Great staff! I have been cared for by Dr. Good, and she's great, explaining every aspect of my hearing issues. Very responsive office.

I was assured…read morethat I was gonna be a long way a very long wait but the owner was in office and sitting in the front and I'm pretty sure and rest. assure I was in and out in no time I really appreciate their fast pace service!! again thank you so much and my hearing aid was a little quiet, but however, it's perfect because a lot of environments are not good for you anyway my ear must be just clogged up. I must need a ear cleaning. I do appreciate your service and I will definitely come back in the future. They did such an amazing job at cleaning. My hearing aid too always great job. I love their tools. We couldn't do it without you. That's for sure!!

I called to see about an estimate for ear microsuction because the website says, "Treatment may…read moreinclude prescribing ear drops, applying wax-dissolving agents, using a suction technique, or providing another appropriate solution." The woman who answered said it's not actually microsuction and that they either use irrigation or a special tool. I asked so a curette spoon (just a tiny ear spoon) and irrigation, which she confirmed saying suction machines are more common in ENT offices. I thanked her for the information, apologized for calling, and stated that the website needed updated since there's no suction. She hung up on me. If anyone is interested it's $25 for the spoon and $30 for the water method there.

Baby K has been coming here for some speech issues, and the staff are great. Front desk is…read morefriendly, Miss Sarah is super sweet with K and she has made a lot of progress while having tons of fun. My ex got hearing aids here years ago and I remember her saying how much she liked the place. Odd parking- a few spots out front, most up in the rear- but you still have to come down to the front door to get in, hard if you're older or the weather is bad. Fronts two busy streets, at least at rush hour.

After a couple years of speaking extremely loud, asking people to repeat themselves, and saying…read more"huh?" over and over throughout the day, it was time to face the facts. I have a hearing problem, a serious one. Three years of prescription medications, wholistic treatments, laying of hands/prayer, and two different ENT specialists, it was time for a real solution. A quick Yelp search points me in this direction. The reviews were a little confusing, I wasn't sure if this office only served children. One phone call explained the available services and scheduled an appointment with an audiologists within two days. It's not just for kids with speech problems. The building itself is also confusing. There is a playground which gives it an elementary school feel. Once inside it is a regular office building. Rebecca Lockhart is her name. This is one of the best doctor visits I have ever had in my life. Actually, I'm not sure if audiologists are considered doctors. Regardless, she was so kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. She administered every test possible. Ringing, buzzing, humming, graphs, charts, and so on. My hearing was not only tested but I was educated on how hearing and ears work! Basically, I've been misdiagnosed by two specialists, it's not a eustachian tube problem but a cochlea issue. I have irreversible hearing loss in one ear. I'm mad, sad, and way too vain to accept the idea of needing a hearing aide. Jessica comforted me, (I'm broken-hearted, I'm too young for this, yes I'm vain and shallow) schooled me on the types/prices of hearing aides and let me try one out. She also set an appointment with an "ear only" specialist for a second medical opinion. I will forever remember her for the care and compassion she showed. In closing, if you have any issues with your hearing, I strongly recommend you come here and visit Jessica Lockhart. She is very thorough, not only with the office exam but also with follow up care. One last thing, I wasn't aware that most health insurance companies do not cover hearing aides. Total B.S.! I need to find out who I complain to about this!

After being in the ER until 2a, I was exhausted. So, I didn't hear my phone ring at 9a the next…read moreday. I missed the call from my awesomely concerned family doctor who had already reviewed my ER records despite the fact that it was a holiday and she was supposed to be relaxing. She wanted to have me come in for a follow-up exam. Since I didn't recognize the number and my voicemail box was jammed full, I didn't know I was supposed to go in. But on Thanksgiving, in the evening, when I relapsed into that toxic pain and shaking, my family called Dr. Rentel. She was there, and she had advice. She got me through the night and saw me first thing Monday. This is the most compassionate doctor. I love her to pieces. She has her patients' best interest in mind. She really cares about your health. And she's funny and easy to talk to. I have high praise for Dr. Rentel. If you're looking for a new family doctor, definitely try to get in with her. It will be tough. Since she's so amazing, she's always booked full. But if you happen to call the office when they're taking new patients, you musn't undervalue the opportunity. Jump on it! Dr. Rentel is the best.

They sent me away with anxiety meds. Needless to say, I didn't take them and went to see Dr. Rentel the following Monday. By chance, I was assigned to her when I was a student at OSU in the student health department. She asked me if I had allergies, to which I replied NO. She took a good look at me and said, "Yes you do." She gave me oral steroids and within 24 hours my breathing issues were totally resolved. Turns out, I have a severe grass pollen allergy that developed as an adult and procudes asthma. I'm now taking allergy shots to help build a tolerance to my allergies and symptoms. I wasn't crazy afterall!
