My doctor left the practice in April and was really excited to be leaving. I was in the hospital and called to reschedule my last appointment. They did not return my call for 2 months. When they finally rescheduled me, they did not tell me the office had moved. None of my confirmation emails or texts included the new address as a courtesy. There was nothing on the door of the old office stating they moved, I had to get on the website to find out. I called them 6 times while I was driving to the new office to let them know I was still coming. No one answered the phone. On their voicemail it still states the Bradenton ave office address first even though they don't see psych patients there. They would not honor my appointment time and did not even offer to reschedule me. I asked to speak with the office manager and she was the least compassionate healthcare worker I have ever met. She started yelling at me in the waiting room in front of other patients and told me to "be an adult and accept consequences of my actions", how professional and compassionate of her! I will never be back, I told my PCP never to refer patients here, and if you are reading reviews trying to find a new practice, please do not come to this one. It's a total waste of your time.

Dr. Ravindran has seen her for 3 of the 5 injuries and no one comes close to him on patient care. In fact yesterday we came from an appointment with another physician in ortho and it was horrible she was very mono tone no personality and my daughter felt she talked down to her. Today I'll be calling to get in with Dr Ravindran. We live well over an hour away and will happily drive to get scheduled with him and his team.

I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

Dr Philbin put pins in my foot that were not only unnecessary but also protruded into the flesh resulting in constant pain. At my follow up visit, the PA did not remove all the stitches in my foot resulting in an infection. I cannot stress strongly enough to avoid the practice! I recently had corrective surgery by a certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles.

I understand the healthcare and insurance industry very well, and I was cheated. When I tried to file a claim to dispute the overcharge, the lead practitioner began to raise her voice, wouldn't stop talking, and started snorting at me when I said her statements were inaccurate and didn't make sense. I just don't think the holistic industry can afford poor business practice on top of a scientifically questionable reputation. I'll go to an MD next time.
