I was happy with the results and the regular polish seems to be lasting so far without any chips. The lady that did my manicure and eyebrows also did a great job, but she was very fast. She cut all the length of my nails off, which could be my fault or a language barrier as I wanted "short but still pretty" nails being mom to a baby and ended up with no nails. I said yes I do have the right in fact that's why it must be publicly displayed, I left. This was my first and last time to visit this shop. The only reason why I had come was because my usual nail shop had an 80. I was able to take a picture and enlarge it to be able to read reasons for the score. They were polite and courteous but I declined my requested mani pedi. The marks were for not buying clean mani pedi utensils. This is nasty and could seriously harm people. So when you walk into an establishment that has health inspection scores, don't ignore the signs. Pray, stay safe and walk in wisdom! Fyi....the app forces you to give a star rating.

There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the establishment when I walked in, and it remained during the entire visit. The towels used for the leg wraps appeared visibly stained, and the tools looked as though they may have been used on multiple clients before being properly cleaned. It left me feeling uncomfortable and like I needed to shower afterward. I received the deluxe pedicure, which was listed in the menu at $45. I also left a cash tip, expecting to be charged $45 plus tax, but instead I was charged $60. Between the sanitation concerns and unexpected pricing, I won't be returning.
