I could tell that this crew was very experienced. I didn't personally select this company--the military hired them for our PCS--but I feel incredibly lucky that they did. I've been through three PCS moves now, and without question, this was the best experience I've ever had with a moving crew. From the moment they arrived, the crew showed up ready to work with great attitudes and good energy. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. They were more than willing to explain the process and answer any questions we had without making us feel rushed or confused. Truly great communication all around. We requested that everything intended for storage at our next duty station be packed separately, and they handled this perfectly. They packed those items into a single crate, clearly explained which crate it was, and even described what it would look like so we can easily identify it for the pickup crew at our next location. (We did have our storage items separated ahead of time to help, but they still executed it flawlessly.) They also fully respected our boundaries--any rooms or cabinets we had sectioned off were completely left alone, no questions asked. Every item was packed with care and labeled thoroughly and correctly, which is something I have never experienced with military-hired movers before. I am extremely grateful for that attention to detail. We separated our high-value items in one area ahead of their arrival, and the crew did a very thorough inventory. Their system is digital, and we went through each high-value item one by one as they packed it, logged it, and assigned item numbers. Even better, the inventory sheet was emailed to us less than 30 minutes after they left. This crew took so much stress off our shoulders. I was incredibly anxious going into this move, and that stress just melted away as I watched them work. He chronically lied to me, he broke every term of the lease in the first week, he filed TRO's against me based on total lies such as shutting off the water, which I never did. These guys were troublemakers and they did not care about my place at all, they either stole my stuff or disposed of it which consisted of all kinds of supplies, tools, furniture, my personal things which they would not let me take out before they came in. I had just remodeled the property and was going to move in it myself, and the only reason I rented to them was because he promised he would make my property clean and beautiful like he found it because he has the equipment to clean the carpets, windows, yards etc. They totally ruined the carpets, the house reeked like dirty dogs and they did not clean the place when I finally got them out by an eviction. I couldn't believe they treated me like this and failed to pay rent after the first month. Horrible experience with Talmadge and Andrew and I would not recommend them to anyone because they chronically lied to me.

The quote was very reasonable considering he and two others each had a large pick up truck for the moving of two sofas, coffee table, large end tables from one home in Kunia to Mililani and a queen bed from another home in town to Mililani. They are also insured. A couple days prior to the move Treyse texted to confirm date, times and amount quoted. Very thorough so no misunderstandings. On day of move he texted when they were on their way and arrived promptly at first destination. They were all very polite and careful young men in high school, all wore gloves and brought padding and coverlets for the glass tops and couches to prevent any raindrops. I followed them to the home and they all three drove very carefully, using turn signals, not following too close, and found the place easily. Unloading was quick and easy for them, they hui first to make sure they know who's doing what and where. We tipped them out as we loved seeing teenagers being so responsible and respectful to kupuna. Treyse handed us business cards and it also said they take items to the dump for you. We will be sure to use PMO and Treyse again for more moving needs and taking things to the dump. I forgot to ask if they do one-off deliveries of large furniture and appliances. Kudos to Dad for teaching his son how to provide a necessary service to our community!

None of this ever never happened and we had to constantly remind them to do things the way that we had asked. There was one instance where the cleaning and staging were so bad, that we had to bring in a 2nd cleaner who worked alongside me to set things up the correct way, all within a very short window between guests. I eventually discovered that "VacayClean" does not actually do any of the work. They only subcontract other cleaners from other cleaning companies to come in and do the work for them! This realization explained why it was actually "MaidinOahu" doing the work when we called. "MaidnOahu" gave us a very professional response and a full refund for this day, which we were thoroughly pleased with. We agreed to continue to work with them after they agreed that they had not held up their end of the deal. Then, when we contacted VacayClean to book the next quarter's cleanings, we were told that they had no availability. We felt that this was obvious retaliation since their subcontracted cleaners had eaten the costs, leaving us without a vetted cleaning service for our upcoming bookings. This was perhaps the most unprofessional aspect of this entire experience. Overall, the first couple of cleanings were good, but none of the stagings that we had agreed upon were. Eventually, and with constant coaching, they came closer to the standard that they themselves had promised, but it was still nothing like the quality and reliability we had been promised by an extremely convincing sales pitch. Summary: There are an infinite number of good cleaning services in Waikiki. VacayClean is not one of these services since they are a cleaning service booking agency. We did not receive the services promised. I do not understand any of these 5 star comments, perhaps they are employees or friends since this was absolutely not the same experience that we had.

They are easy to work with and so far other reviews echo the same sentiments. We learned that they also do outdoor power washing services for the outside of the home, which we plan to do sometime soon. They can even do some outdoor cleaning if we need those services.
