Vinny, Monika, Greg, Emily, they are just so caring, patient and knowledgeable. So much personal attention--they watch and make sure you do every exercise right. And amazing things happen when you follow their gentle guidance. After my insurance was no longer taken by the doctor they only gave me 5 days prior to find another physical therapist which was pretty short notice. The young lady was not knowledgeable till what date o was able to be serviced . After no longer being a patient I needed a referral and my plan of care as well as just documentation of how many visits I've had for court and seeing another physical therapist She told me the doctor was on vacation for 2 weeks and I wouldn't be able to get anything needed . I was a bit confused seeing as I told the doctor I needed this days before my insurance was no longer accepted by their place of business. When I was ready for to get my documents after Much fighting I was in extreme pain by the time it was ready for pick up and couldn't move. My finance had to pick up the referral and wasn't able To get it till 2 weeks after . When he arrived the same receptionist that gave me such a hard time only gave him a harder time and the referral I already had which made no sense I needed a referral from them and a plan of care they didn't even follow while I was there and then when my fiancé asked For documentation of the dates I've been seen she said I had to request my medical history. I then called her on the phone to explain again what I needed and she was rude and spoke over me and had a very nasty attitude and I had to yell over her because she was so nasty. Crazy thing is both me and my fiancé would be seen there with no issue except for with this particular receptionist.But however she gave my finance what I needed and continue to tell him I need to learn how to speak to her. She is absolutely atrocious for her manner , behavior and her from of speaking to guests. I honestly loved his place till she became sooooo rude and spoke over me and the last straw was her inappropriate behavior telling my fiancé "I need to learn how to speak to people" I think its your receptionist that needs to learn to not be rude and speak over others or make Comments in that manner especially to my fiancé. Dr. Abin's knowledge of various techniques of parts of the body was as knowledgeable as a surgeon. He showed remarkable empathy for my situation that another doctor caused; a tear in my labrum because of carelessness while I was unconscious. Dr. Abin knew what I was up against in my daily struggles. We discussed anatomy, physiology and various treatment techniques to resolve my issue of pain. His patience was encouraging. He said that I probably need surgery if I don't fully recover with physical therapy. Dr. Ryan Martin has the best group of doctors and patient care coordinators who work here.

Management is greedy. - [ ] The only thing good is they have good therapists. -[ ] They got the new therapists doing interns job because the new therapists think if they work hard, they'll get a promotion -[ ] They take you inside, and realize the bed is taken then send you back to the front because its packed -[ ] They make the stem machine minutes higher if there packed so instead of 10, they got patients doing 20 minutes -[ ] People are coughing and sneezing and touching everything, the beds arent always cleaned. -[ ] Therapists and interns open the curtain for no reason while a patient is doing something because no one knows who doing what and where -[ ] They are so crowded, patients are with different therapists everyday -[ ] they are ready to take co-payment before therapy and make patients wait an hour to be called. The doctor said I probably need a shoulder transplant I said no send…read moreme to Physical Therapy, I want to Elmhurst balance and physical therapist right up the street from where I live and as soon as I got there they were very nice they took care of me I did some exercises stretching and then at the end they put either heat or ice on my shoulder and then they started massaging my back and neck . I can't believe the difference ,they were very patient with me . I would definitely recommend them
