It was a long drive but it was worth it 100% I went to see a few others prior to her in Qns NY and due to my past surgery i always got scammed to pay to visit fees and asked to take expensive test i couldn't afford, with all the offices refusing to treat me due to a titanium plate i have in place on my back to hold part of my top spine in place. Anyways she she the only doctor to tale her time and ask me many questions regarding my injury and my pain and not just rush me to do this exam and send me with referrals to see to other facilities for testing and so on. everything was done in house. She gave me shots blockers as i requested and bot steroids that in the past got me moody and gained weight. Today i woke up and first nite of great sleep and feeling alive and hardly any pain. I feel like a new person right now and this morning and ready to start my life again with my son i was so limited in travel due to my prior doctor always wanting me to go see them for exams and meds and just bang me out with co pays fees and exam fees i cant afford and taking money away from my family. Today i can honestly say Thank you so much and also the staff thats super friendly and companionate that they treat u like beat friends and not drug addicts walking in to the facility like most places do. I highly recommend this place if you are serious about living a better life with no pain even if its a few days or a week its worth it to be able to enjoy sleep and just not be doing pain meds over and over and feel like you have no other choice . When it becomes impossible for me to work at my auto body shop, because of the severe pain in my shoulder's or knees, no one is better than Dr. Parikh with his technique to insert the needle exactly where the pain is without discomfort from the procedure. He really knows his stuff. He makes you feel very comfortable and not nervous. He also has a very nice office staff that could not be sweeter or more accommodating. You will always get a reminder call for your appointment. You never have a long wait to see him. He is very respectful to everyone. The front desk workers come and go there very quickly these days ( I'm sure due to their off lousy attitude and demeaning way they converse with patients. ANYTHING they don't want to here or goes against their paycheck they either interrupt you or put you on hold ( latest tactic). Just got off the phone with a sour, ( hates her job) front desk woman who continued to interrupt and give me a speech like I'm an idiot. People please remember to get names to who you talk to ( I forgot this time) so it's much easier to call them out on their " holier than thou" attitudes!! I have found more and more in medical/ dentistry/ pharmacy have these power trips on the patient since they have your files, personal history and can make or break you with not getting you an appointment or sending a message through. I'm sure the obnoxious ones are the ' wannabes'. You know? The disgruntled ones who can't advance past the front desk: cashier . So my experience was at 11:30am on Saturday 9/2/23 at the above listed office ( for anyone there reading this). The young lady at the receptionist desk was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. What she didn't know, she was able to get me the answers I needed. My favorite part of my experience here was being taken care of by Dr. Iris Peppers. Not only was she efficient and professional but she was personable and helped me experience fly by even more quickly. They turned an apartment into an office which was a bit weird to me. When I saw the nurse practitioner she was not confident at all, I actually questioned if she had her credentials because she literally told me nothing. Then they send you downstairs to get x rays which isn't done by a x ray tech it's done by whoever is available. They tell me the chiropractor doesn't come in until the following week so that's when it will be read. You're a spine center and you don't have someone on staff to read x rays?? You will see a whole train of people but the person I was most turned off by was "Dr.K". He's nice sure but a little creepy talking to adults, he will talk to you like you're about 7. It was at that point I said I gotta get out of here this is a scam. They bait and switch you so you have to come back for another visit to get your results. It's been weeks and not a soul has called me. This place just doesn't feel right. They also offer Botox which if your red flags weren't already raised they should be now! I'm pretty sure everyone that said they were a "Dr" there is some sort of tech so don't be fooled.

The chiropractor came out, said we would do X-rays and he would get me out the door. I was late getting out since the X-ray took longer, got no adjustment and paid $250 for no adjustment. Not to mention, the office smells like marijuana, my chiropractor made me feel uncomfortable by asking me the same question 2x, slurring a bit, and making weird jokes.
