Normally I don't care what political views a medical place has because it's not my business. But it becomes my business when they play a network that's known for spreading lies and misinformation about COVID-19. If they subscribe to beliefs that COVID-19 is fake, CDC guidelines don't help, etc., how am I supposed to feel safe here? It's a medicinal clinic with older patients. I'm entering an enclosed space during an MRI. I didn't realize what OAN was until after my appointment, otherwise I would've cancelled my appointment and gone somewhere else. I'm glad I have my COVID vaccine already otherwise I would've gotten tested immediately afterwards. If you don't care about covid guidelines then by all means, please go because the staff was wonderful. But if you do care, err on the side of caution and try somewhere else.

Just given your name, decide on payment or billing and complete any necessary paperwork. Each time, I've had a short wait beyond the appointment time but nothing to complain about. Once I'm called back, the tech verifies that they have the correct person, perform the imaging and have me out of there fairly quickly. The quality of care has been caring and professional. They have a nice, comfortable waiting area. The lighting is low and not uncomfortably bright and sterile; the mix of chairs include cushioned seats and are fairly comfortable. There is also a complementary beverage and snack station offering water, coffee, tea, graham crackers and snack bars.

Don't know what happened but after a week of multiple calls and voice mails to schedule the removal, with NO call back or response whatsoever, we had to go to the Altamonte hospital to get the procedure scheduled there. The parking is free here at the garage and they offer valet parking as well I am not sure if the valet is complimentary. When you park on level 3 in the garage - there is a pathway to get you to the inside of the hospital entrance. The escalators will drop you down the main lobby, Advent health is big on customer service surveys and it reflects how they treat pts / visitors here. I like strolling through the gift shop here cause they do have cute items but it is pricey. The cafeteria is pricey but its there if you need a quick food fix when you are hungry.

He was very thorough on explaining the next steps and keeping me informed on where mom was in the process. Mom said she was happy with the procedure. The Rad tech was very polite and calm with her and they played some music to drowned out the noise (something she was looking forward to since her last MRI was a poor experience elsewhere). Advent Health almost always does a wonderful job with care for my family. I highly recommend this location.
