I traveled 100 miles to visit and buy some supplies and found them to be closed in the middle of the week. Decided to go back home and come back on Thursday. When I arrived the sign said open but on a sticky note in the door said closed for lunch. Now I have to drive home empty again. Came back on Friday and when I wished to express a complaint I was told I appreciate the complaints but I have to have a break! I've been a mgr for yrs and you should never close in the middle of a shift. Simply bring your lunch and eat between customers. He was very unprofessional and has alot to learn about customer service! I drove 609 miles to shop there and he didn't even try to apologize for any of my inconvenience. I'll never spend another dime there!

A student was LOCKED in a room and had a police man near the door because they were asking several questions as to why they were being punished and not the oppressors of the trans student, but were supposedly "threatening" & "combative" when in reality, they are just black and concerned for their well-being, but was immediately seen as the Angry Black Woman. Giving very much Tennessee... FHS, you have over 200k+ people & growing aware of this incident. Take accountability and do better. Don't make this a personal issue for you. These are kids.
