Even though identity theft (fraudster impersonating seller) Evelyn demanded a signature from them. Since I deposited the EMD, we had the pandemic, 3 different presidential elections, I started a family- I might be an old man when I finally get a response from this god awful company. They somehow keep getting my reviews on google and yelp deleted so every 6 months I check in to make sure everyone knows how terrible they are. I have closed over 200 escrows in the last 8 years and only one with this terrible company. The people I talk to are so incompetent at SH Escrow it makes me think it's a front for cleaning money. Maybe that's where my $5,000 is? Maybe it was used to buy coke in Cabo or a ceiling mirror over a cartel leaders bed. Who knows! With inflation, that $5,000 is worth like $3,900 today. Maybe when I finally get it back in 40 years it will be enough for me to get some groceries. Anyway, I checked the state website to "reclaim lost property" like they told me to and still nothing.
