In our first series of sessions, I went from being in unbearable pain and avoiding movement in general to being able to tolerate small exercises that improved my condition. Then I had two major spinal surgeries - a thoracic multiple laminectomy and a lumbar multiple laminectomy. After each surgery Zach took me from being bed-ridden with limited mobility and using a walker to independent walking with improved mobility overall. While I feel almost "normal" after 8 months of recovery, I still have long-term nerve damage. Zach taught me methods of coping with those. For example, my balance is off, making me a fall risk, but Zach took me through balance exercises that apply to real-world scenarios and greatly reduced my risk of falling. I credit Zach entirely for my improved condition over the last year. Overall, I can say that Zach was a wonderful therapist - kind, patient and considerate of my pain - who really seemed to care about my progress. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone seeking physical therapy care.

There are a lot of free weights, squat rack, hurdles, a treadmill, plyometric boxes and more! Whatever sport/activity you enjoy, they will make sure you can do it! I have been going to PT elsewhere, Airrosti and seeing an Orthopedist for nearly 3 years to slightly feel better but not have my issue resolved. By my THIRD visit with Brent I was already noticing changes! It was taking my muscles longer to fatigue and hurt during certain exercises than before. He can do dry needling, e-stim, electrostimulation and blood flow restriction. Some of these are used in conjunction with exercises. It's wild but I truly believe this is all working. While in a way I feel like my muscles are "starting over" because I am essentially learning to reuse/rebuild them, it's also a fantastic feeling to know someone gets what's going on and has the remedies. My favorite part- this is all 1:1 so every exercise, etc is carefully supervised to make sure I get the best out of every session.
