He cleaned the furnace out and changed the filter. He then said the "heat exchanger is burnt out because it's purple" handed me a bill of $535 for the cleaning and left me without a working furnace/without heat when I have 3 kids. He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.

Each time they reschedule, they do not show up. Wait times to talk to customer service are over 30 minutes. Each conversation brought promises of immediate delivery while also revealing that the delivery they failed to make had been tagged as "skip" without any notification to us, the customers. After each promise of delivery, no delivery occurred. We gave them 7 opportunities to make it right, and still no delivery. They claim a "merger" has caused problems with their "systems," but it is evident they cannot and will not provide the water delivery for which we pay. I can't get them to pick up the empty bottles, so they will not refund my 180 in bottle deposit fees. Avoid this company and save yourself hours of frustration, wasted time, and loss of money. I tried to report them to the better business bureau, but there is no listing under any of their names- seems it is becoming a shell game or con....
