Gyms were closed, I was tired all the time, and honestly my nutrition went to crap. I gained A LOT of weight. At one point in my life I was very close to competing in a show but that didn't happen at that point. It's always been something I've wanted to do. Once I got back in the gym and dialed in the nutrition I lost a lot of weights and gained back my muscle. I knew I still had a lot of work ahead of me and I would do better if I had a coach. I looked at several coaches, local and remote. After I had a consultation call with coach, I knew he was the right coach for me. At that point I knew I needed to do something different if I wanted to compete on stage so I hired a professional that came recommended by the local IFBB pro in my gym. From the beginning Fernando not only displayed a level of confidence that was genuine (due to his experience and expertise)but he also is able to pass this confidence on to you as well. So now I was on a mission to get lean and I was eating more! My visits average about $147 for acupuncture and 3 weeks worth of herbs. The price is reasonable for the quality acupuncture rendered and each session is about 45 mins long. I didn't want it and kept saying no but they said it's free. I did it and the doctor did something to my neck. Ever since I've been in agonizing pain. In fact agonizing can't begin to express the horrific excruciating pain I'm in every second of every day. I went to two other chiropractors to fix it and it's been so swollen and bad. Apparently he moved my c3 out of alignment which caused an inflammatory response and hurt a lot of things in me. The pain has been chronic since the adjustment by him and I'm not sure it'll get better. It's debilitating. I am so sorry I ever went there. If this doesn't get better soon I may have to quit work and go to some sort of pain management because it's unbearable. I curse the day I went to this establishment.
