inquired about a 1 time spraying 4/4/25. Pro force told me they could help in the message. The gentleman calls me and says they only work with contracts. No problem, I let them know I would find someone else. 5/5/25 I received an invoice for services performed. Of course I'm stunned because we had one message, one phone call and they never serviced my home. I called to ask why was I charged. Nice guy took care of it for me and I thought I was done. I've received multiple calls from Proforce asking about service. I let them know I am not going to use this company now or any time in the future and to remove me from the contact list. I received another text 9/19/25. So here is my review! Please stop calling and texting me from different numbers, it is harassment at this point. It is now 4/24/26 and I'm still receiving calls. I have had Killingsworth for termite control from the time we purchased our house 4 years ago. Generally, the service technician comes and does not interact with us. What a wonderful surprise when Debbie came to inspect the termite stations and she was very open and willing to walk us through her inspection techniques and observations. Representative came to our house 2-3 days after we moved in. We signed up, the first and only treatment. We had an appointment for 9 Oct but the technician requested a reschedule to the 16th of Oct. he was a no show. I notified the main office and the told me he got tied up at a doctors appointment... was rescheduled for the 28th of Oct..... no show. I notified the main office that since they can't keep their part of the contract I wish to be immediately released in writing from the 18 month contract. 4 days later there is still no response. read more

They came door to door and told us our neighbor had signed up (which I later checked with and they had not) and my husband signed on because we don't have a pest service and I guess they sold themselves really well. it is our fault for signing up, but our ants got way worse (and we waited weeks each time knowing it can take awhile). Pro Force came back out and again, the ants were worse than we have ever had. They were literally everywhere in bulk. It was worth it to just pay the $200 to cancel service than to continue to deal with the madness. We have ourselves to blame, but just a warning to others. I used our go-to natural remedy for ants and they are finally gone. Hate that we wasted all that money, but sometimes we learn the hard way. read more

Jason gave us a quote, then upon arrival and more conversation over what insects we were seeing, it ended up being quite a bit less than originally quoted (American roaches vs German roaches apparently). He was thorough, doing a walk through the inside and outside of our home, explained what he saw, what we would expect in the next few days after treatment, left our house clean, put our minds at ease over the products being used around our family and pet. I have been able to receive a higher standard of service, amazing communication and follow-up, and for a lower price than the competitor. ProForce allows customers to set up notification alerts (I choose to receive a text), which gives me advance notice of upcoming service. After the service is completed, they follow up with the name of the technician, who in turn summarizes the service he performed. I am late putting this out, only because end of the year activities for my children kept me from writing it, but ProForce showed up in unexpected and tremendous form following my last review. I received a notification of their Yelp response almost immediately after my review, then later that same day I received a call from a representative, Travis, who wanted to find out if he could come to the house that afternoon and make the situation right, which he did. He came to our home and thoroughly investigated the mouse problem, and even looked at our ant issue, which was still present outside. Both words and actions made my husband and me feel like Travis really wanted to take care of our concerns. The level of customer service that we received is unprecedented, in our experience. Well done, ProForce! I can not speak to the efficacy of the measures taken yet, but Travis and I said that we would touch bases in a month. I will give an update at that time. read more

Pro force pest control did decent work the first time around but after that I kept seeing spiders. They had me paying 115 a quarter. I seemed to be throwing my money away. I found a much better company called Bulwark that offered better prices and do a lot more work! I'm saving money and getting high quality 5 star service! read more
