I finally went and picked it up and installed it myself. Also the buck got passed from person to person and no none seemed to know what each other was doing / who did what / who ordered the parts/ etc. A true classic CLUSTERFUNK from beginning to end. He explained everything in detail so there was no confusion (unlike the manager at TW) I had PPF installed on my headlights and Xpel tint. Carlos and team did a great job with everything. I thoroughly checked the tint for bubbles and defects. I could not locate any. The film on the windows are tight to the edges and consistent from window to window.
