Ratings for this location seem to be extremely low, it doesn't take much time there to see the issues, would suspect that regional and corporate are oblivious. Time for an undercover boss trip to see how carelessly customers and their vehicles are handled.

I had damage to my glass back in January, and I have now experienced EIGHT canceled appointments. What is most infuriating is that Safelite does not notify me ahead of time that they don't have the necessary part. I find out after I have already rearranged my schedule and taken time off from work for an appointment that ultimately gets canceled. I even contacted my insurance company, and they confirmed that the part was ordered. So how is it possible that I continue to show up--or make arrangements to be available--only to find out that Safelite still doesn't have what they need? I am LIVID. This has been going on for eight months, and I have repeatedly been inconvenienced because of Safelite's lack of communication and organization. My time is valuable, and I should not have to keep taking time off work for appointments that Safelite cannot fulfill. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Eight canceled appointments is beyond ridiculous. I would expect much better from a company of this size.

I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp!
