The owner went out of his way to help me - I had had an accident, had to move, had a new job, and did not have car rental as part of my policy. The owner gave me a ride to work when my uber driver didn't show on my first day of work (I was panicked!) -- I offered him money but he wouldn't accept. He is really professional and very very nice. Because he knew how important it was for me to get my car back promptly, he made sure the work was done on time. They took a little while longer (wasn't their fault) but to make up for it they deep cleaned the inside of my car & polished my car. DO NOT USE EXTREME!! We had our car there for almost 4 months as Carlos lied and lied and lied about the body work that should have taken 15 days. He had our car for 2 weeks without it even being touched! When we did get the car back the paint started pealing less than a week after getting it back. Plus back door & the windows were not put on right so it leaked when it rained! Carlos put old broken parts back on the car. Plus tried to con our insurance company out of more money for damage the he clearly did to the car. I was very pleased with the work done on my car. Then, a window motor malfunctioned 4-5 months later, and the owner Carlos had me take it to the Subaru dealer to be replaced for free. Not an ounce of hesitation in his manner or approach when I took the car back to him on this. If I could give Carlos and his team more stars I would. Why? Well, I had a semi-head on collision up in Danbury and we live in VA, I'm on my own with my son and Dad, don't know anyone in the area and at 11pm on a Friday night the tow driver needs to know where to go. I picked Extreme b/c of the pix and reviews. I called 1st thing in the am praying I didn't make a mistake and not only did Carlos offer to pick me up and bring me to his shop and then he offered to take me to the rental agency to get my rental car. Such kindness and customer care SO NOT NORMAL in the real world....except that is the normal for Carlos. He had our car for 3 weeks (it was $8,000 in damage) and he went to bat to make sure we had legit OEM parts and negotiated the price so it worked with what the other person's insurance would cover. Over and above a normal shop I assure you. So if you are in need of an auto shop I can't say enough good things about Carlos, his work ethic, follow through and customer CARE. The only downside is we are in VA and he is CT - So I'm hoping we don't need an auto body shop anytime soon...its going to be hard to find someone like him down here....Thank you again Carlos!!! read more

This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. My trunk mysteriously wasn't opening after I went grocery shopping and put them in there. I went to the Hyundai dealership and had no luck after 2 hours of their mechanics trying to open it. I called several places and none of them seemed to have a clue as to how to get it opened. When I called Carlos (extreme), he wasn't even at the shop probably because today is a holoday but he asked me to meet him there after trying to help me on the phone which he didn't have to do. It gets better. Upon my arrival, he tried several things as the dealership did and I brought him up to speed that the key works and the lever wors but the trunk it self is somehow jammed so although it clicks when i push the button, it doesn't pop open. One of the mechanics came to help and within 20 minutes, he figured out a way to release my backseat using a screwdriver. Additionally, he fixed the part of the trunk's lock that was jammed. On top of that, Carlos didn't take a dime from me. I was ready to pay them for their time and labor because I was so desperate to get the fresh foods out of the car to prevent spoilage and molding and just like that, he said to just go home. Nobody will do that these days. I was very pleased and impressed. He isn't only running a professional business there; it is obvious that he is passionate about his service and has a heart for people.
