Always had excuses for lack of activity, TV and interaction with any one. then the staff had an outbreak of COVID. The place was dirty and smelled of urine quite a bit. Then we were told they need to move her to long term care because they are dividing Covid not Covid. She was negative when they deciseded to move her. then voila she was in a room with a woman that coughed all the time and now she is positive. My complaint is she developed stage 4 pressure ulcer on her sacrum which is now un-stageable. Her situation is critical and she is fighting for her life. Now she is in the hospital with pleural effusion. In and out of the hospital because they are afraid. Not eating enough with low albumin which interferes with wound healing, terrible. She lost quite a few pounds She was severely neglected on the 1st floor .She had to beg for water and called me all the time for help when I was not there .They kept the blinds and curtains closed to darken the room so she would sleep. They left her in poop and pee for hours flat on he back and the ulcer that developed is terrible proof of neglect. I watching unbearable changes which hurt her and us terribly. No one gets away with anything especially actively causing pain and suffering in another human being. We are now looking closely at her death approaching and it is unbearable .Please never send a loved one here. Everything they tell you is a lie. They own Chestnut hill as well which is poorly managed as well. Management doesn't tour to see what is going on . And limits your access to information. It is too late for my stepmom even though we were very involved. Don't let anyone you love come here. I spoke with the administrator and then he stopped taking my calls.

Chris is my personal "ankle whisperer" as I didn't anticipate feeling so much better this fast. Doreen is so kind & friendly, yet also on top of it all when it comes to questions regarding insurance & scheduling. I highly recommend this place & will add that I've seen them work with the balancing program with seniors and it looks very good yielding noticeable results sooner than later. I also love the cleanliness of the entire facility (& bathroom). Keep up the great work!

I made an appt and saw Dr. D'Amato under the pretense this was a free consult as I was told. He did a brief exam(which I thought was part of the free consultation as I was told). Then, as I leave, they tell me that this was the "initial exam" and not a free consult as I was told and tried to charge me $125. Be clear if you go there on what they're charging for and not scamming you out of your money. I refused to pay and the Dr. opened the door for me and said Good Luck. I am a surgical nurse for 18 years and have never seen such unprofessionalism in a doctor. Be weary of this practice.

I am editing to say that their doors are not left open it's a nice private room. The director Nick sends text messages (which you are free to opt out of) just to keep everyone up to date on hours or closing due to weather etc so you don't end up left without care. The receptionist is the sweetest, Dr Obi cares genuinely for his patients , knows everyone by name and never rushes! The center just keeps getting better since they opened! Great team- Highly Recommend!!

My mom was moved to a different room in another building, when I visited her she was happy, excited to tell me the the nurse put her in a special wheelchair and took her down to play bingo.. she said I won $2! They also, provided an echo so she can command the echo to call me and other family members without using her hands. I left feeling comfortable my mom was smiling and being taken cared of.
